Well made Chair.
Compared with some I've had over the years it's well made and easy to assemble. I bought a heavy duty gas cylinder separately as the one supplied only goes up to 13stone.

Disappointing product and after sales service
Not bad value except the gas lift started to leak after about 12 months, meaning the height needed to be constantly readjusted. Trying to get any redress under the 2 year warranty was difficult, when I completed the online procedure in great detail there was no response whatsoever, so I had to ring the various companies in the supply chain to explain the situation. They all seemed to want to pass the problem on to somebody else!

He is very happy with the chair
I bought this chair for someone who uses a computer a lot. Because the chair he has been using over the last 5 years can not be adjusted to suit his own posture he has been suffering from neck pain and headaches. Bought him this chair as the height of the chair as well as the incline of the back rest can be adjusted. He is very happy with the chair. Delivery was fast and the quality of the chair itself is good. It has made a big difference. Very good quality for the price.

Terrible
This is one of the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat on - the seat and back rest are not, and cannot be aligned properly, twisting the user's spine in a way that is seriously awful. The back rest adjusting handle fell off upon first use and cannot be re-attached. Cheap, nasty, useless product, to be avoided at all cost.
