If you don't have $5,000 + to spend
It was fairley easy to set up, a little noisey when bubbles are on (sounds like a vacuume cleaner) But Glad to have it!

Better bang for the buck
This inflatable hot tub is so much larger than expected. It is the size of a real hot tub and can fit 4 adults. The jets are much stronger than our last brand. The pump is built in. We have been very happy with this purchase. The cover is a little different. There is an inflatable piece that floats on the water and then the cover lays overtop of the floating piece. This is a little more challenging to use, however, if it is just my husband and myself getting in, we only pull the cover half way off and lay the floaty on top of that. It is kind of convenient. The last one we purchased was a smaller hot tub but the whole cover had to be removed.

Poor heating
The heater doesn't heat well. It took 2.5 days to get to 90 degrees. It final did get to 104 degrees. 2 days later I turned the heater on at 4pm to hot tub later. Water temp was intaglio at 86 degrees. Six hrs later at 10pm it was only 97 degrees.Other than that the unit was pretty much as described. Easy set up though the instruction are too generic and can be hard to trace. Bubbles were better than expected.

Heater doesn’t work and there was an air leak fresh out of the package
Inflated the unit the day it arrived, the next day it was halfway deflated. I though it might’ve been just the cold air.I filled it with water and turned the heater on. I left the cover on for 10 hours with the heater on and the water never got hotter than 80 degrees and the whole tub was nearly deflated after the ten hours.I have to waste the water, dry and repackage to send it back… huge disappointment

Didn't hold air
Setup following instructions..and didn't even get a chance to use it. The air wouldn't hold. Didn't fill it all the way jusy like instructions and the next day it was half way flat. Checked all valves made sure they were tight even sprayed down the entire tub checking for leaks and nothing. So no idea why it wint hold any air. Waste of time.

DOES NOT HOLD AIR
Everything looked fine but it deflated overnight. Glad I didn’t fill it up with water, would have been a disaster.
