Tough 1 Australian Outrider Collection Neoprene Girth

Came in today. I immediately took it out and tried it on my horse. It fits my saddle and horse perfectly. It seems of good quality. It’s nice and wide for the horses comfort. I was pleased with the quality of the nylon strap.

I bought this to go with my Australian saddle, which had come with a 32 inch girth (labeled as such). That girth was too small and seemed very stiff for my horse. It just didn't work for the necessary placement of an Australian girth (1 to 3 inches behind the front leg).This replacement girth has a cushy, softer neoprene on it, and is much more comfortable for my horse. The only negative is that I bought the 39 inch here, and it is in actuality only an inch longer than the former girth labeled 32 inch. I believe the measurement on this girth may be edge to edge, where the other was buckle to buckle. The squishiness and extra inch or so means it will work, but I wish it was more clear how the length is measured.

Thicker than it looks in the picture, around 3/8 of an inch of neoprene. My horse rubs easily, and I hoped a thinner neoprene would help, but he still got a little sore after a 2-hour ride. I put a fleece sleeve over it and it works fine. Would be good for a horse who isn't thin skinned. Worked great with my Aussie saddle, buckles are the correct size. measuring was a bit weird, I should have ordered a 38", but as long as he doesn't get fatter it will still work.

I already had one of these for my Aussie saddle that I use(d) on my mother-in-law's horses. I like this girth so much, I bought the same one in a bigger size when I bought my new horse recently. The buckles are not stainless steel, so I imagine they won't last forever. But for the price point, I think this is a really good girth. The buckles do have rollers, which is a necessity for me.

Very heavy duty, hardware is good quality and the back is nice and cushioned for comfort. Fits my aussie saddle perfect.

This girth is great quality for a neoprene product and has held up well with moderate use. I do wish I had gotten one with elastic, but it is easy enough to tighten. My horse has not had any problems with it rubbing or causing discomfort. All in all, it was a great purchase.

This is well built! It's soft to the touch. But my horse is to Fat to use it!!

I purchased a 33 in for my 2year old filly. I’ve only used it once so far but it seems to be good quality and comfortable for her.
