Phone is as described. I could not get an At&t prepaid activated. And it would not activate in no phone, unless it is an At&t prepaid phone. So avoid At&t prepaid. Better avoid At&t at all, since they are so restrictive. I got a Verizon prepaid SIM and it's working at high speeds without issues. So I confirm that the phone is truly unlocked and good quality.

Works really well, great battery life, big screen and sturdy. I have been using without a case for a few days, and I'm not feeling super pressured to buy a case right this second. Unlike other phones, I've had the screens cracked on the first day of a new phone before without a case, that's how flimsy they can be made. This feels good in your hand, also the camera quality is excellent.

UPDATED: This in not an unlocked phone. I replaced the Verizon SIM card with my Visible SIM card but the phone kept saying the SIM card was not compatible, and to contact Verizon to unlock the phone. Visible tech support was unable to activate the SIM because the phone was locked. I tried to call the Verizon support center, but its not possible to reach anyone unless you have an account. I went to a local Verizon office but they said they could not help me and to contact Google. Using the Google support option in Amazon is a complete waste of time. Both options, to either call me or text chat with me, were met with countless "Please try again". I finally gave up, returned the phone and bought a different phone at Best Buy. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE UNLESS YOUR A VERIZON CUSTOMER. BEWARE!

Lots of reviews about being a carrier locked phone . Mine was not locked needed charged after opening, installed sim and the phone works great. I have no complaints, it's a nice phone at a reasonable price.

Phone works great and was unlocked for me to choose my carrier. Has a very user friendly UI. I love how customizable it is, but if I'm in tiktok for a while it will lag for like 30sec. I wanted to give a 4.5 rating, but Amazon won't let me.

I would've given it five stars if not for the fact that i had to reflash my "new" google pixel 7. Luckily I had a pc and some spare time, unlike others who probably don't. I don't know if this was a rare instance or if this is common however, other than that the phone arrived relatively undamaged and nicely packaged, and worked great once reflashed with a quick google search and an hour's worth of time

Good product and with no major issues. Definitely original and new despite the same price as refurbished devices. It arrived in the original Google packaging, never opened. The only downside is that it arrived with the battery completely out of juice (that is not ideal considering that it can degrade the battery health), but despite that, the battery measured at 98% health, so no big deal
