Fits perfectly as a replacement to my Leers camper shell window struts.
My camper shell window would not stay up in temperatures below 35°F, so was a pain when trying to load things into the truck bed. So these struts were very easy to replace and work great in any weather. These struts take quite a bit heavier force to close than my previous ones (when new), so I am extremely happy with these. Great price, easy to install, and work great too.

Replacement specifications
The product ordered was a perfect replacement, delivered when promised and should have been rated 5 stars. The missing star is because there is no information printed on the cylinder as to the model number, length, or pounds rating. Just the mfg name. When this cylinder needs to be replaced, all that’s printed on the cylinder is the mfg name. What good is the mfg name without the necessary specifications? So much for repeat or continued business.

Good strong struts
Bought these for our outdoor kitchen on our 5th wheel camper because factory one ones crapped out after a year. Installation max 5 minutes and hold the weight of the door up. As for quality and longevity we’re going to have to see and saved money buy not buying from rv dealer
