It offers good resistant when breathing in and out. You can adjust the settings to whatever you feel most comfortable.The app works well, it has video instructions and various practices to choose from. It also keeps a log of your progress to encourage you.What I found most beneficial was the Inspiratory Foundation exercise. I feel this helps with my athsma. I have only been using this device a week and already I feel like I have more energy and I'm sleeping better.Why not 5 stars? It's overpriced for what it is, doesn't come with a case to store your device considering how much we pay, the app works well but it doesn't offer the same amount of practices as the Airofit Pro. One would think £100 would grant you full access to all the apps capabilities but no.
