I wish I knew from experience, because I love that gun. If it's a typical 1911 officer's/compact frame, it will fit. I'm not sure, with that variant, if it's smaller than the officer. Look up the dimensions of the officer frame and see if it matches up with yours.

It will not fit. The holes for the mounting screws are 3 1/16” apart on Government (full sized) handguns and are 2 11/16” apart on the Officers (compact) handguns.

it is designed to fit all compact 1911's. It was a perfect fit of my rock Island 3.5 compact 1911. Love the grips. Compare the Range officer to the Rock Island and it will give you a better idea.

will it fit a para carry screws are not as spread out than the officer special

You need to call and ask Para. The para carry is similar to a 1911 but it's not a 1911 so I would imagine these do not fit, but it's worth checking with their customer service. If like you've stated, the grip bushings are different distances apart then the answer is definitely no. These grips are designed for an officer 1911 which all have standard grip specs.
