Absolutely love these frames! I used them for panoramic puzzles and they fit like a glove. The back of the frame has hard mental pegs that you can bend tightly to close on the picture or puzzle and hooks for hanging. It did not come with the hardware to hang but a simple nail and hammer will do. It’s very sturdy, nice quality, and looks sleek.

The relatively low price of these frames should not dissuade one from purchasing them. They are finely crafted and sturdy. They are also very attractive in styling. Highly recommended!

I ordered this pair of 24x36 frames and the packaged arrived damaged, resulting in both frame being chipped on one corner, both front and back. Inside the box was a card with customer support information. I emailed the supplier with images of the damage and they suggested sending a replacement pair of frames. I agreed and within a few days I received the replacements. I'm very impressed by a company that stands by the their product and offers impeccable customer service. Great quality for the price point. I also have the 27x40 size. Recommended.

The frame itself is quite nice. The frames came well boxed. The backing is a sturdy masonite. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BEND MOUNTING CLIPS WITH YOUR FINGERS, USE A SCREWDRIVER. The clips are too narrow and extremely dangerous. You bend them to remove the masonite backing. The mounting hardware consists of these recessed clips, which means you have to get the wall mount hardware perfectly level. There's no post-adjustment. Pro Tip: Remove the masonite back and use it as a template. Draw center lines for both angles right on the masonite. Then take a drill and drill a 1/4" hole under the mounts as shown in the accompanying photo. Then do all of your measurements with this and check the fitting/level BEFORE you put the masonite back on the frame. I was able to use ordinary hanger hooks, just bend them back once installed. If you're mounting several pictures, you can just use one back to draw your center lines and mounting template holes. The plastic pane makes them light weight and is probably safer than glass but time will tell if they yellow or become cloudy. At this premium price, they should have included the wall mount hardware to match the funky hangers. I'd also recommend the manufacture pre-drill mounting template holes and center lines on the masonite. If you want to hang them in a hurry, plan to buy a conventional wire hanging kit.

If you’re looking for good quality poster frames, these are it. Frames are very well protected for shipping and handling, and they respond well to 3M command products because they’re not too heavy.

Two (2) pack was a deal. Very nice frames. Packed well, corners were covered and arrived with no damage. Nice hangers on the back, two for horizontal and one for vertical hanging.

UPDATE The replacement frames came today and they are perfect. I updated the review from 1 star to 5. Customer service at Amazon were great.I opened the box and took the plastic wrap off the first frame and it was broken at the corner. I checked the second frame and it was the same way. I contacted customer service and they are sending out a replacement. I will update this review when I receive the replacement frames. The overall quality is pretty cheap but would work for what I needed. The box they were in is lightly padded but nowhere near enough for picture frames with glass. It is hard to tell if they were damaged in transit or not. But they are cheaply made. The shipping box only had a few air bubble packets in it. Very disappointed.
