I’m a soccer player and i injured my knee while ago. Used this product on my knee, it helps relax my pain. Also used on my back and upper arm towards neck after long day of work. The heat passes through muscles and feelsRelieved after only 15minutes of use. Easy to use, portable. Happy with the amount I paid for the product.

For a small size, this red light is very powerful. Its straight forward and easy to use right out of the box. It already had a good charge in it so I was able to simply turn it on and start using it. My biceps were sore from previous days work and I slipped it down my sleeve and let it sit there. It warmed up but wasn't too hot and it never felt too hot. The effect it had on me, other then to help to relieve my sore muscles, was putting me into a very relaxed state. This I wasn't prepared for as I haven't had this effect from any other red light therapy lights till now. What a pleasant surprise!Also, an accessory, that reminds me of a watch band, comes with it. The band with the cover that fits over the light will allow you to wrap the light around arms, legs or shoulders. This works to keep the light in place as it warms and sooths the muscles.I like that its small, charges easily with a USBC cable and even comes with a charging plug.This red light therapy will be great to take with you as its so small but SOO powerful. I highly recommend it.

I was not familiar with red light therapy and had to do some research and reading about it. It takes a few weeks of consistent use before you can notice any benefits. The size and design make this device easy to use on larger areas, like your back, shoulders, or stomach. The battery lasts well, and the size is great for taking with you when traveling. If anything changes, I'll update my review accordingly.

I had never heard of red light therapy before and ordered this item in an attempt to help my husband with ongoing foot issues. First of all, it is EXTREMELY easy to set up and use. The instructions appear to be written by someone for whom English is not their first language so they were just a tad bit unclear, but honestly the item itself was pretty self explanatory. We’ve used I multiple times on my husband’s painful plantar fasciitis and it has really helped!All you have to do is charge it with the included USB to get started. It comes with straps to attach so you can easily use it on any part of the body. You push the button on the top and off you go toward pain relief. It has a built in timer so you don’t go over the recommended 15 minute use time. You can use it up to three times in a day. You do want to be sure not to look directly at the lights while using it. We fo7nd it to be be very effective and I look forward to using it for other pain relief.

i personally been using red light therapy for a few months now and I can say it works for me. i don't really know the science around it but i love it, I recently just sprained my wrist and the pain was pulsating like a heartbeat so I tried this around where the pain was worse and it eased the pain not fully but like I said eased it.
