Perfect fit for 3 years old. but as mentioned 2-4 yrs it can't fit for 4 yrs old.. quality is OK. Not so good. Can easily get teared with any small sharp object. So this dress is for 1 or max 2 time use. Lookwise it's so good. Hoody part of parrot design is of good quality material. Overall nice.
