I'm a 22 year old female who has been struggling with thinner hair and weak nails for years now. I used to use dry shampoo on my hair a LOT, so nearer the front of my hairline, there are a few patches from where the hair has not been able to breathe and fall out (specifically where I used the dry shampoo). I was desperately looking for a vitamin or some sort to really help me out. I tried multivitamins, hair masks, you name it. Even took a blood test at the doctors who said everything was healthy. I was thoroughly researching amazon when I came across this product. A lot of the reviews praised this product which intrigued me. Another factor was it including biotin AND zinc which are miracle workers for bones and hair. So I took the risk and ordered it. At first I was sceptical but really determined. Immediately I noticed a difference in my nails after one week. They were growing without chipping or breaking. A month later and I had seen no difference in my hair. I was growing impatient, although you are supposed to wait at LEAST 3 months before you see a difference... I ordered this product at the end of September. It is now mid January and I can honestly say I am SO happy with this product. My hair is thicker, shinier, healthier and longer! My nails... they're just beautiful, long and strong. I've still got a while until my dosage finishes but I will be buying this product over and over again for a lifetime. This is what i was looking for. This is what i needed. I love it. (No, I have not been paid to write this review nor did I receive any discounts to write it. This is purely me and my own words. I don't normally write reviews but this most definitely needed one and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!)

I got these back in early September last year and wanted to make sure I gave it at least six months trial before could leave a review. I have been taking these religiously since I received them and I can say without doubt they have worked for me, in the first 3 weeks I noticed less breakage and fall out while brushing my hair and within 6 weeks my hair was noticeably fuller & definitely felt thicker and heavier. There's also been a definite improvement in the condition of my hair and it looks more shiny and it's not all in my mind because I didn't mention taking biotin to my hair dresser on purpose just to see if she noticed, and she did. I've taken before and after photos although stupidly I did have my hair trimmed just before taking the after photo completely forgetting I should have really left it! The before photos were taken on the 10th September just after I got my hair coloured so there's no visible roots, and the after photos were taken on 30th October which is 50 days growth, notice the roots? I've never had that much growth in such a short space of time so I was very impressed and happy with it and so was my hairdresser because I had to have an earlier appointment for the root regrowth!

I’ve been taking these Biotin tablets for a couple of months now, and I can already see some improvements. My nails feel stronger and are less likely to split, and my hair looks shinier and seems to shed a little less. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, which is great since it’s a long-term supplement. It’s a full year’s supply, so really good value compared to buying smaller bottles. The only thing I’d mention is that results aren’t instant — you need to be consistent and patient. I’ll keep taking them to see if the benefits increase over time.

Following Chemotherapy in Dec 2015 and the loss of my hair I was keen to grow my hair back as soon as possible. The growth was dreadfully slow so I continued to wear my wig. I saw the reviews for this product and decided to give it a go. The result was quite amazing, my hair started growing back quickly and was much thicker. An added bonus was my nails that had suffered from the Chemotherapy became less brittle and much stronger and also grew quicker. Over a year later I continue to take a tablet a day and my hair is thick and glossy. Some might say it was just my body finally recovering from all those horrible chemo chemicals, or a bit of both but these tablets did what they said they would do so Im happy.

This does work but you have to wait, I have new hair growing all over the top of my head..Pleased

It works on me with 2/3 weeks time. I can see the improvement on my nails within a month.

The product came with a broken seal, so I cannot be sure it’s a genuine product. I requested refund

i left 3 stars as maybe for others it will help them. for me, these tablets done nothing. It is what it says on the tin however

Lijkt me prima spul. Ik gebruik het nog maar een week,maar ik heb hoge verwachtingen.

Die Tabletten sind klein, gut zu schlucken und enthalten eine ordentliche Kombination aus Biotin, Zink und Selen, also genau das, was man oft zur Unterstützung von Haaren, Haut und Nägeln sucht. Praktisch: Eine Packung reicht für ein ganzes Jahr, und das ohne unnötige Zusatzstoffe. Alles ist vegan und made in Germany, das macht einen soliden Eindruck. Nach ein paar Wochen Anwendung wirkt alles insgesamt gepflegter. Nägel wachsen stabiler, Haare etwas kräftiger. Natürlich ersetzt das keine gesunde Ernährung, aber als Ergänzung funktioniert es gut. Wichtig zu wissen: Zink kann die Aufnahme von anderen Mineralstoffen wie Eisen oder Kupfer hemmen, deshalb sollte man es nicht gleichzeitig mit allen anderen Nahrungsergänzungen einnehmen. Am besten morgens oder abends mit etwas Abstand zu anderen Mitteln oder Medikamenten. Wer bereits mehrere Präparate nimmt, sollte kurz mit Arzt oder Apotheke abklären, wann was am besten passt. Fazit Ein gut dosiertes Kombipräparat mit sinnvollen Inhaltsstoffen für alle, die Haut, Haare und Nägel unterstützen wollen, aber bitte mit etwas Timing und Hintergrundwissen einnehmen.

Super biotine

La biotina sirve para lo que sirve, pero no es milagrosa. Eso no quiere decir, que lo hace, no lo haga extremadamente bien. Indicar en primer lugar mi historial: Soy un chico de piel bastante clara y dermatititis seborreica. Nadie me lo ha diagnosticado pero es evidente. Escemas en la piel y pequeñas rojeces. Pelo que al día de lavarlo ya lo tengo medio graso, y caspa. ¿como olvidar la caspa?. Caspa en hombros y cabello. Da igual que me duche todos los días con champú anti-caspa con zinc. La caspa vuelve y puebla mis hombros como si fuera nieve... Y he probado de todo. También he tenido problemas con las uñas y las cuticulas. Me salían rojeces y se me levantaban las cutículas.Lo que hacia que me saliera la uña ondulada. Fui al medico y me dijeron que no era ningún hongo, podía ser estrés o que hubiera tocado productos químicos.Y ahí me dejaron con mi problema. Al empezar a tomar las pastillas lo primero que note a los pocos días es que me dejo de picar el cuero cabelludo. La caspa ha ido remitiendo también poco a poco. Antes tenía crostas en el pelo, y se me acumulaba sobre las orejas. Ahora solo me queda una pequeña herida que parece que va remitiendo. Las uñas y las cutículas las tengo mas fuertes, y conforme van creciendo va perdiendo la forma hondulada. Ya no tengo rojeces por el cuerpo, como si me hubiera arañado. El pelo lo noto mas bonito y brillante. Lamentablemente no puedo decir que tenga mas volumen, pero es que ya no me queda tanto... Ojala hubiera descubierto estas pastillas cuando tenía veintipocos. Me hubiera ahorrado muchos disgustos y muy probablemente conservaría mas pelo. Por el precio que tiene el tratamiento de un año, me parece una ganga. Lo seguiré comprando. El fabricante recomienda tomarlo con abundante agua. Y es que una de las pegas que le he encontrado es que me ha resecado muchísimo la boca. Me la tomaba por la noche y me levantaba con la boca, seca como nunca la he tenido. Por eso recomiendo no tomarla de noche, si no por la mañana. Así puedes ir bebiendo. Recomendable tomarla por lo menos con 2 o 3 vasos de agua. El fabricante incluso advierte en el envase, que si no se bebe con suficiente agua puede crear riesgo de asfixia. Así que a beber agua que siempre es buena. Por último indicar que las personas que busquen en está pastilla ( o cualquier otra) un milagro que haga que les vuelva a crecer el pelo que perdieron. Siento mucho ser portador de malas noticias, pero a día de hoy eso no existe. Tristemente nuestros cabellos no son plantas, que con el cuidado apropiado puedan volver a crecer. Si la raíz ha muerto, adiós cabello. Pero que eso no nos haga perder la esperanza. Seguramente en algún lugar del mundo deben estar trabajando en este momento, para que con células madre o la tecnología que sea, en un futuro podamos volver a lucir un frondoso cabello. No lo dudo porque hay mucho dinero en juego, pero de eso me imagino que se hablará en otra review de Amazon. Es mi opinión y espero que os sea de utilidad.
