Looks cheap compared to photograph, (with the small acer tree)
I have purchased one of these planters before, same size, but the green option. Several years later, this has now faded to a grey green colour, still okay to look at, just not quite so nice as it was when it was new. This time around I ordered 3 of these large planters in the light cream (suede) option. I must admit when they arrived I was disappointed with how much cheaper they looked than the green one, which was speckled. These are not, there is no marbling effect as in the photograph, and are noticeably see-through. For some strange reason, they have a small hole inside the rim at the top, I am not sure if this was simply to attach a label, there is absolutely no use for it. The pots also had 4 drainage holes inside, as before. Having planted them up, the see-through aspect has disappeared due to the dark compost, and they look much better. They look good against a cream wall. Can take a small shrub, rose bush or several dahlia tubers. They are very light, especially if you use the thick white polystyrene foam broken up in place of pot crock. If you are not sure about these, maybe just order a small one which is easier to send back just to get a proper idea of the colour. Came well packed in an enormous box, on the whole, good value for money, but I have seen improved versions of Stewart planters on their website direct. These were just too large and too much hassle to send back.

Nice pot
The media could not be loaded. I was afraid as it is made of plastic it may look cheap as there were not enough photo to check but it is a really nice pot. It came with the holes and really lightweight

Very pleased with these planters
Bought 2 small and 1 large planter. All 3 came with four small, clearly drilled, drainage holes. Bought the same planters in Asda last year and they were virtually half the price Amazon are charging this year. However last year's planters - 5,small and 2 large, came with only one or two drainage holes partially drilled although there were 4 potential drainage holes in each pot. It was a bit of a hassle to make 4 good drainage holes in each pot. Perhaps Asda got them at a reduced price because they were were not finished properly. A year on, my 2014 planters look fantastic which is why I wanted a further 3. They don't look plastic and the suede finish is lovely. Looking forward to planting up my new planters. My only grumble about the Amazon purchase is that they arrived very much over packed in the most enormous box, padded out with yards of paper. The packing paper alone has filled my recycling bin and I will need to take the box to my recycling centre.

Good plant pots, quite authentic looking.
I ordered two of these pots. So far, I have placed them in the garden in situ and filled them with compost ready for planting when the weather is a bit warmer. Although I like the pots, they are not as thick as I had expected them to be but they look reasonably authentic. I'm sure they will look even better when they get a bit dirty! They are bigger than I really wanted, a slightly smaller size would have been better I think. Luckily, they each have four small drainage holes in the bottom which saves having to make your own.

Lovely Pots
Really like these honey pot planters ,they are plastic but you wouldn't think so .I initially purchased 1 of these and liked it so much I ordered two more , at £14.99 each they are a bit expensive for plastic pots but I feel that they are well worth the extra cash as they do not look like plastic at all. I opted for the green marble stone effect version and have had good feedback from friends and neighbours at how nice they are. The ticket on them sais that they are UVA resistant, frost proof , shockproof and light weight .I have the 37cm size but there is a 49cm size and a variety of shapes. Very pleased with these and would recommend them . I have planted mine up with Geranium ,French Lavender and Hydrangea and I think that they look lovely.
