Definitely recommend, and here's why, I have something called Dystonia in my right foot (Dystonia is Involuntary muscle contractions that cause repetitive or twisting movement) that started 2 years ago out of the blue. So I started to walk on the outer side with my foot turned inward due to a never ending painful foot cramp feeling in my foot caused by the Dystonia. Eventually, it became my normal walk and stance and was showing signs of starting to become a club foot. :( I used to be a runner before the Dystonia, and at 30, it's not fun to suddenly need a cane and walk funny, and not able to wear my heels anymore. I bought the this tape as I have read/seen great testimonies about KT tape, especially from the Olympics. So I wanted to try to see if it can maybe give partial relief, as my foot hurts like a terrible foot cramp 24/7. I followed a YouTube 'how to' video for placement of tape for 'Plantar fascia' pain. As my issue is in the arch, as well as toes (Mortens Neuroma). I placed my tape exactly as shown, and added one anchored at my toe and stretched over my foot and anchored at the base of my ankle. I was actually able to walk with my foot flat, and not on its side for the first time in 2 years! It is still really tender in my calf, as I think my leg muscles have self trained/manipulated themselves to accommodate the way I have been walking all this time. It takes away about 60% of my pain! There's no cure for Dystonia, and therapies available aren't suitable for the type I have, so this is exciting, and amazing to me! With the help of this K-1tape, I'm able to walk on my foot like normal again, and now be able to get some good cardio. With the goal of retraining my leg to run again! :) Sorry so long, but this is a very big deal, and a very big breakthru for me! :) I have another illness I'm currently battling and trying to over come (POTS), that requires I get some good cardio in to help my heart and autonomic system get stronger. But couldn't due to my foot. So it's a big, huge win to outsmart Dystonia! You won't be disappointed, give it a try! :)

Working pretty well. I ordered this tape for plantar fasciititis...I'm running the Marine Corps Marathon in October and I needed to figure something out. I knew I needed to tape my foot, but didn't want to spend the money on expensive KT Tape and the taping not work, so I ordered this brand. The first time I tried it, the tape peeled almost immediately as I live in southwest AZ and sweat is a thing here. When I posted that complaint to the seller, I got an immediate response from them backing up their product and offering a free roll. While waiting for the new roll, I researched what I could do on my end to make it work better. Now, the tape is sticking, and my foot doesn't hurt at all while running, and hurting very little after. Even if the tape didn't stick, I'd give them 5 stars b/c excellent customer service goes a long way with me. I'll definitely be reordering.

WOW! I've been using KT Tape pro for at least 2 years on my knee. It used to stick to my skin without lifting for at least 5 days if not a week or more. The edges would definitely start to fray, but none of the tape lifted up on the edges. Then, the last 3 or 4 rolls of KT Tape Pro I bought (from various different retailers: Academy, Walmart, Amazon, and even a roll from KT themselves) the adhesion has been no where near as good. In some cases it didn't even survive my first workout with the tape on, and in others It lasted through a workout but started lifting in the shower or maybe on the second day. I contacted KT and they said it might be a bad batch of adhesive, so they sent me a roll directly that was only SLIGHTLY better but still lifting within a couple days. SOOOO... I decided to try another brand. After reading the reviews for Physix Gear I decided to give it a try, but didn't really expect it to be much better. I was BLOWN AWAY. This stuff really sticks. Like, REALLY sticks! I had it on for OVER a week, no lifting and ALSO no fraying on the edges which always happened with KT Tape. When it was over a week, it still wasn't lifting, but I decided to take it off (since I had run with it 3 times). I never had to worry about following the "removal" instructions with KT Tape because the adhesive was always pretty much gone by the time I took it off, but with Physix Gear you really do have to follow the instructions (remove it SLOWLY in the shower using warm soapy water). The first piece I peeled off I didn't really do that (because I'm not use to having a tape stick so well) and I got a MINOR little red bumpy rash. But seriously it disappeared quickly and if you just remove the tape correctly, it shouldn't happen. I will gladly spend a few more seconds being careful during removal to have the super-adhesion that comes with this tape. My plan was to try several different brands of Kinesiology tape, but I don't need to any more. This stuff is now my new tape!!!

Have only used it for a few days and am so far very satisfied. Sticks very well. Fabric Is similar to other brands I've used in the past. Excellent quality. Great price. Quick delivery. A++ Very informative web site too.
