I bought this for my daughter and now we are both enjoying it. It is easy to use and so far we have no problem with it. I like the metal nozzle tip as it is sturdy and I think is easier to work with and clean. There are descent number of seller of filaments on Amazon that fit this model, although definitely not as many as other brands. But we are happy with what we can buy already. If I don’t understand wrong, there are different shaped nozzle tip replacements we can buy and change for this pen.

Our daughter wanted a 3D pen for Christmas. We got it for her and she was so excited! My daughter ended up using it that day and burned herself a bit, but she did it without supervision. I made her turn it off until I had time to look and use it with her. We lost or never got the unblocking tool. We used it a bit and since it was my first time I got nervous using it too much without the tool and told her to put it away until we got one. I wrote to the company to see how to get another one. Customer service was amazing and helpful and sent one out. My daughter will be so happy to use it again!

Awesome pen! I have used it a few times and like it so far. I even use it to do small repairs on my 3d printed parts.

It is nice how it can make so many things it also comes with a guide book but whenever you want to switch colors for the filament it like jams or something like that. IDK about this product it sometimes can take a while to make it work and I recently got it, over all it does sometimes behave so it’s honesty your choice to get it or not. I really don’t know if it works better for anyone else. It might just be me.

My 11 yr old loves this pen. It did get a bad jam but the technical support was top notch. They replied immediately and solved the issue. They also followed up to ensure we were satisfied! Love the value small business brings!!

So disappointed. Bought it as a Christmas gift. It can't be returned because the time limit expired. It is a horrible product. I am a pro crafter and bought this for a family member. So embarrassed with the purchase. It said it was for Adults. It is very difficult for the filament to come out, you can't control the flow and it stumbles and stops in mid production. The filament is so thin you can barely see it. It has no stability. Do not buy this product unless you want to be frustrated and say a few strange words. I just threw a lot of money in the trash. Lesson learned. Their web site makes it look so easy. This particular product is not even on it.

I’m a huge fan of 3Doodler products - so much that I’ve purchased each pen they have offered. The problem I always had was that their pens used a filament that was hard to justify purchasing for my typical large projects. I’d found a financial balance between using 1.75mm filament pens and 3Doodler 3.0mm filament pens for my large products. The 3doodler pens never let me down. They lasted for years. The many 1.75mm pens with cheaper color options failed me more times I can count. Now the 3Doodler gods have answered my prayers. They have performed the miracle of marrying their reliable technology with the many artistic options of 1.75mm filament. The pen is also compatible with the accessories I purchased over the years. This artist couldn’t be happier! Thank you 3Doodler.

This is very difficult for a child to use. It keeps getting stuck when you change colors. It's alot of maintenance to just use it. Also it does not work like how the pictures show it. This is just a wholesome piece of garbage and time waster.

I had to return this garbage and got my money back.

Funktioniert wie es soll, wenn man wohl auch erst etwas Übung braucht. Schade ist, dass man nicht gleich starten kann, weil man erst wenn das Gerät da ist feststellt, dass man noch einen passenden Stecker benötigt. So etwas gehört, wie ich meine in die Beschreibung. Eine Bedienungsanleitung in Deutsch gibt es leider nicht - diese ist in englisch. Ich glaube aber, das sich das Gerät quasi selbst erklärt. Mit ein bissel Englisch und ein bissel probieren, kriegt man raus, was man braucht.

Pen didn’t work, plastic (that came with the box) wouldn’t get sucked into the pen, it also came pre-used, plastic ends were visibly just snatched out of the pen. Don’t buy!
