This mixer has all the components of regular mixer like wet grinder , dry grinder, juicer in addition to the atta grinder. 2. The atta grinder cum mixer is a must in every household for making different types of grain powders and masala especially for the people where the mills are not available or easily accessible. 3. Note, the item is not for making large quantity of powders in one go. This is similar to regular daily mixer usage where the amount of grinding required is small or medium. This is a best product for those homes where the atta or masala powder is made fresh for weekly (atta) or monthly use (masala powder). Good power as the powder comes out fine. 4. Value for money for those who prefer eating freshly grind and preservative/chemical free grains or masala powders/spices for healthy lifestyle. 5.The service center is very cooperative and they resolve any issue within time. So, there is good service support for this item. (personal experience where the coupler was broken and replaced) Cons: Noise level is slightly louder than regular mixer for atta grinding. The coupler gets extremely heated if used constantly during days when summer heat is high. So, avoid using it during extremely hot summers if possible. One needs to wear mask for the particles coming while mixing.

Reducing a star as I had received a product with a minor issue initially; however, the customer support team was very responsive. They quickly arranged a free service without any hassle. Overall, this is a value-for-money product that delivers as promised.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT – TERRIBLE QUALITY AND SHOCKINGLY POOR AFTER-SALES SERVICE This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing purchases I have ever made. The Cookwell Instagrind mixer failed within just one month of purchase. Even worse, smoke came out of the motor, which is extremely concerning from both a quality and safety perspective. I purchased this product expecting it to last far longer than a few weeks. Instead, I was left with a defective product and absolutely no meaningful support from the company. The after-sales service has been completely unacceptable. I called the company repeatedly, but getting through to them was an ordeal in itself. After numerous attempts, I finally managed to contact them and was given another number for service. However, the person handling the service did not answer my calls and communicated only through messages. I was asked to pack the Instagrind and send a photograph. I did exactly what I was instructed to do and sent the photo immediately on 2 July. Since then, I have repeatedly called and messaged them, but there has been no proper response, no meaningful follow-up, and no resolution. Today, I once again tried to contact the company to explain the situation. It took me more than three hours and multiple attempts just to get through to them. After all this frustration, I was simply asked to send the invoice to the same WhatsApp number. I have already spent far too much time chasing the company for support for a product that failed almost immediately after purchase. A product can sometimes fail. That is unfortunate but understandable. What is completely unacceptable is the way customers are treated after the product fails. Customers should not have to spend hours repeatedly calling, messaging, and chasing a company for basic warranty support. This entire experience has been extremely stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. The product failed within a month, the motor emitted smoke, and the after-sales service has been practically non-existent. My strong advice to potential buyers: THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING THE COOKWELL INSTAGRIND. Based on my personal experience, I deeply regret purchasing this product. I would not recommend it to anyone who expects reliable quality and proper customer support.

Product is very good, Customer care is very very good. Even after 2 years of purchase, there is prompt reply from the customer care, they guided me in checking and knowing the problem personally when my insta grinder was not working, sent me the required spare parts immediately. Now my insta grinder is working good, thank you to cookwell team
