I love these. They are little and sturdy and don't leak. The small size makes them convenient to fit. I dont know exactly how long they last as I use them to cool my cat's box and food during a heatwave. But i wpuld gladly use them in my lunch. I put them into a sandwich bag as a precaution but they seem easily washable and safe.

Perfect for a lunchbox!
My daughter returned to Uni and took all my ice packs - right before a mini heatwave. Quickly looked on Amazon for a replacement and found these. They are SO much better than what I originally had. Really slim, fit perfectly in the bottom (or side) of my lunchbox and they keep everything super-cool till lunchtime. Really impressed!
