Works great
Brilliant, just what I was after for a kiln works a treat.

Not used for aquarium, but for green house heating control
Even though it's aimed for aquariums, I've got this hanging up in dads greenhouse with a 1000w radiator plugged into it, keeping the frost at bay., set to it's minimum 16'c. Dad already had a plug socket installed in his greenhouse, so it was literally less than a minute to get working; hang the controller and thermostat, plug the radiator into the controller and then plug in the controller, set the temperature...it's that easy. I can't comment on the accuracy of the thermometer, but it works fine for our needs. This can also find use in the summer, set to cooling and replacing a heater with fans. Not a bad price for a verstile, useful piece of equipment.

All in one thermostat
This works really well for the price and having it all wrapped into one is great. Its easy to set up and seems to be pretty good quality, time will tell if it will handle it like the more expensive thermostats.Good quality product at a very reasonable price

Works well with a small area heater
I got this in the hope of using it for determining whether to heat various areas remotely .You can plug a heater or cooler of various wattages (see chart) into it and the thermostat will switch the machine on or off when the sensor temperature reaches the chosen level. There is a chart explaining various amperages and watts but to be honest I couldn't make head or tail of it.This makes it easy to use a simple heater or cooler/fan that is just on or off as though it were a higher end machine with thermostatic properties.A cheap area heater for instance or a fan.To test it I plugged a small heater in .I set it to heat mode then I adjusted the temp so that it came on at 23 degrees C and off at 25It worked exactly as expected.I am hoping to utilise the waterproof aspect at some point to control a plug in water heater.I like that this could be used to monitor an areas temperature and not heat it because the gadget itself is a measuring device that controls whether or not it's socket is powered .This could be used to visually show a temperature reached by having a lamp plugged into it rather than a fan or heater or have an audible indicator by having a radio turn on .There is a Read out screen with constant reading of the temperature sensed by the probe. It has scope for various scenarios but while its temp measuring range is -40 to 100c its temperature controlling range appears to be 16 to 100 degrees Cas I said, its a little confusing.I include the chart photographs for those who want to see for themselves.Probe cable is 6ft with one sucker to hold it to something smoothMain cable is 3ft long with a 10 Amp fused plugThe unit feels warm but not hot after its been on for a while

Does what it says on the Box. Works well as intended
This is a handy thermostat to use for switching electrical equipment on and off when set temperatures are reached. It could be used in a vivarium or tropical fish set up, to keep the temperature stable, you could use it in home brewing, or sous vide cooking ( but not if you have already used it with animals.lol.It is obviously a generic make that has been branded Bonlux by the company, but that is not a problem, as they are basically all the same, and work well.

Good but overpriced
Works great but you can get them for £12 on eBay. But if your in a rush like I was then this is a option since it's faster delivery than ebay

Very good
Well priced and arrived quickly.Currently using this on a brewing chamber for my home brew.Very easy to set up, just set the temp you want the chamber to reach plug in the heater and away you go. it can be set up to do cooling but not tried this function. The temperature seams to be very accurate, have set the chamber to 21c and checked it with a glass thermometer and a calibrated laser thermometer and all have been showing the temperature as indicated on this unit.the probe is waterproof so no problems with spillages, and the main unit can be hung from the wall so no need to keep it on the floor.Great product, well worth the price tag.

Versatile and accurate
This has many uses and appears to be accurate. No complaints to make here and I'm sure it will come in handy for a bunch of things.
