Pros: • Affordable: Significantly cheaper than kits from brands like Shimano or Park Tool. • Effective Hardware: The syringes, hoses, and fittings generally work well and are reported to be compatible with standard Shimano systems. The kit provides the necessary components for the funnel-and-syringe push/pull bleed method. • Good for Occasional Use: Perfect for the home mechanic who only bleeds their brakes a couple of times a year. Cons (with a crucial caveat): • Brake Fluid Quality: While the hardware is often reliable, the included generic mineral oil is the main point of concern. Some users recommend discarding the oil and using trusted mineral oil brands (like genuine Shimano fluid, Putoline, or Magura) instead, especially for high-performance or hard-riding applications where fluid viscosity and heat stability are critical. Review: Good quality kit - Decent kit. Easy to use. Looks good enough for a gift set ## Features - 【Multiple Replacement】2 Bottles of 150ml mineral oil for shimano bleed kit. - 【Easy to Observe】The funnel is clear plastic and you can clearly see where the oil is located. - 【Metal Connectors】Brass connections are not easily broken. - 【Instructions Included】Very easy to follow and use. - 【Gift】MTB brake bleed kit is the ideal tool for every DIY hobbyist. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BW3WYL15 | | Batteries included? | No | | Best Sellers Rank | 2,964 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) 5 in Bike Tool Kits | | Brand | CHUMXINY | | Color | red | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (2,582) | | Date First Available | 17 Feb. 2023 | | Guaranteed software updates until | unknown | | Height | 16.5 centimetres | | Is discontinued by manufacturer | No | | Item display length | 14 centimetres | | Item display width | 6 centimetres | | Item model number | CHX-020 | | Manufacturer | Shanxi Chanso Technology Co.,Ltd. | | Material type | Polyester | | Product Dimensions | 14 x 6 x 16.5 cm; 400 g | ## Images ![CHUMXINY Brake Bleed Kit for SHIMANO Hydraulic Brakes, Including 300ML Mineral Oil Brake Fluid, Clear Funnel and Instruction Manual. - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71S33Lb5qvL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is this compatible with SRAM brakes as well?** A: incompatible ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to be great used for 1year now *by J***S on 26 November 2025* The CHUMXINY Brake Bleed Kit offers an excellent, cost-effective alternative to OEM or premium tools for bleeding Shimano hydraulic disc brakes. Easy to use. Looks good enough for a gift set ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value!! Works!!! *by J***S on 21 August 2024* I would give 5 stars having shopped around definitely value for money to say the least but reduced by one star because the metal adapter there are two adapters for different brand of brakes. The adapter screws into your brake lever then you place the cup onto the adapter rather then screwing into it, the cup bottom has two o rings rather then ring and thread it doesn't feel as snug as I would have thought but still does the job there's no leakage but I can't help but think it's not as air tight as it could be for peace of mind. Having said that worked a treat for my Shimano brakes. P.S it comes with two bottles of 150ml mineral oil not 300ml I only used half of a bottle on brand new Shimano brakes. ## Frequently Bought Together - CHUMXINY Brake Bleed Kit for Shimano Hydraulic Brakes, Mountain Bike Brake Bleeder kit Including 300ML Mineral Brake Fluid, Clear Funnel and Instruction Manual. - ALEOED 2 in 1 Upgraded Needle Driver Insertion Tool with Hydraulic Hose Cutter for Bicycle MTB Road Bike Olive Banjo Fitting Insert Install - Dymoece Bicycle Brake Olive and Brass Connecting Insert Kit for Shimano BH90 Bike Hydraulic Disc Brake Hose --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/546860990-chumxiny-brake-bleed-kit-for-shimano-hydraulic-brakes-including-300ml](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/546860990-chumxiny-brake-bleed-kit-for-shimano-hydraulic-brakes-including-300ml) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
