I thought it said the stool was 5 inches high. It was actually more like 4 inches. This was not a problem for us and the stool worked great! It is very stable and sturdy.

With this step my 96 yr old dad is able to get into my mid-size truck, allowing him to be able to get out more.

Liked this so much that I ordered one for a friend who also is older and has a high mattress. Absolutely sturdy as can be. Doesn't move an inch when you put your foot on it. If tripping over things or eyesight is an issue and you have a dark floor, consider getting the lighter color. I find myself using this in the kitchen as well to reach higher shelves. Even my handyman uses it when he comes over. Very pleased with this purchase. I spent a lot of time looking at all those for sale on Amazon. Sometimes I get it right. Sometimes not. Got it very right this time!

Perfect step. I use it because my bed is to high for me. The step is helpful.

I’m hand up works great

Very helpful, but seems to work better when placed on an area where it can't slide. Bought it for someone who is shorter and has balance issues so they could get in and out of bed easier and this stool had a tendency to slip very slightly on wood floors. However, this shouldn't be an issue for the average person, especially since it's low to the ground.

Wonderful idea if I could have got my dog to use it that was just a little bit too high once we added the extra pillow top

Just what we needed to get Mom into the suv. She’s 92 and has been using this step for the last few years at our home. She’s going to be staying with family so I needed to order her items that she uses here at home. Lightweight and easy to put in the back of the vehicle when we have to go to appointments.
