Disappointment- all the way!
Ordered with prepaid in March 2025, but the item never reached me. Had to call amazon and follow-up for a refund. After much persuance, received the refund. Happy that i got the money back, but sad that the item never came. Really bad service either by the seller or amazon. Took a gamble and REORDERED in October 2025, and this time i got it dekivered through some other courier service, but not through amazon. Wonder why? Not a good experience with the entire turn of events. Product is small, doors/hood doesn't open, and costly. But thats another story. Could avoid the pricey product or the seller- choice is yours!
