I bought this product after seeing a lot of reviews and hoping for it to be good. To my expectations, the product was great I'd say for the price. I use this for my work calls and when I'm outside and the clarity is too good. The ANC feature is the most that I love in this. Helps me completely avoid the noise outside and let me focus on my work.Just before 12 months I had an issue and the case stoped working, but when I contacted the SoundPeats team through email, they helped me fix first and since I was not able to fix, they sent a new replacement from the factory which I never thought would happen.After all the good experiences, I suggested this to my cousin and got one for her too.All 5 stars!

Really pathetic built quality. After 1 month of usage 1 headphone stops charging, and as a curious human being I took it apart. Guts of that device built really bad, cheap materials, bad connectivity. One positive that is the sound for that price - that's it.

Its a good pair of headphones but it didnt really fit well for me and created a lot of pressure in my ears.

Bettery backup and sound quality top notch

It stays connected even when both buds are in the case utilizing the battery of both buds and phone. Also, no dual connection feature. Touch control are very poor and hardly work.
