After suffering with shoulder pain for the last week keeping me up at night pain killers not working long wait for physio I decided to try these. Well what can I say they worked almost instantly! It’s still there like a dull ache in back ground but it’s not sharp it’s not restricting me and most importantly I got a good nights sleep. They didn’t get too hot and were so easy to use just put they on my shoulder and I was away. The smell was like deep heat it didn’t bother me and it wears off after time I can put up with that over the pain Iv been in.

Although it was effective in getting rid of the pain at the time, within 30 minutes my shoulder began to itch and felt like it was on fire. Was easy to apply, and the heat level was bearable. I chose these because on one of the pictures it stated suitable for sensitive skin.

I like that these patches are nice and slim and the adhesive is good. I removed mine and re-stuck it several times and it still stuck.I also like the amount you get for the price. I didn't like just how hot they get. Caused bad redness and tenderness on my skin. The heat is almost unbearable, hence the 4 stars.

Tried patch on my neck and on my hip my neck was burning had to take it off because it made me really hot and made my neck all red my hip was really bad I left it on for a shower I had to rip it off as it felt like id severely burnt myself and it was reacting to the water I then couldnt put any water on it at all because the pain was awful maybe thats just my skin I don't no wont be using rest though on the up side there extremely sticky which would been perfect for me

I started using these when I had a painful knee and I found them to be effective. More recently I broke my wrist and now I’m out of a plaster cast I have found that putting one on my wrist when I play the piano really comforts the ache. That’s not medical advice …just that I have found the very soothing and effective. I have now bought a few more packets as I’m so pleased with them.

I’ve had a stiff neck for a few weeks now which caused a sore shoulder/top of my back too. While waiting for osteo appointment I purchased these. It does get rid of my backache which is great. It gets very hot like a burning sensation. I don’t mind it cause I rather that than the muscle pain plus it definitely penetrates deep to sore areas. I tend to take the patch off after about two hours. It does mark the skin red which is visible even days after but it doesn’t hurt or itch so I’m not worried about that.

I use these patches when going out or doing something i know my back will bother me works well

Pour moi, ça marche fort, ça chauffe au bout d' une heure et ça soulage bien mon genou. Parcontre j' en ai coller 4 tout autour.

Super sa me soulage. Petit soucis il sont Petits et je dois en mettre 2 côte à côte. Mais pour le prix sa me dérange pas d'en recommander régulièrement. Grosse différence de prix par rapport à ceux que j'achetais à la pharmacie

Ho un ginocchio che mi fa morire quando piove, con questi cerotti (ne metto 2 ) e la ginocchiera già il giorno dopo è guarito il dolore, prima di usarli, spalmare un po' di crema idratante o dell' olio perché l' adesivo è molto forte, con me funzionano bene consiglio! venditore affidabile!
