So much cheaper to buy this bottle and buying the brand name and you get less. They are just as effective as the name brand. They work at about the same pace as the name brand. Haven't had any side effects. It's also easier to get the tablets out of the bottle than popping them out of individual plastic pieces.

I have always enjoyed the convenience of the Pepto chewable tablets, but hated prying them from the little plastic wrap (name-brand Pepto wasn't too bad, but any store brand seemed to be extremely difficult). This really solved that problem and they actually taste better than the name-brand tablets. They seem slightly softer than the other packaged kinds which may mean there are some broken in the bottom (we'll see when we get there), but it also means they are more pleasant to chew. I will always buy these in future.

I like this brand better than any I have ever tried!!! They are so fairly priced as well.

Works better than the liquid!

Great for my med kit, they taste ok but that's ok because its medicine and its not a bad taste. They are a soft pink color and have a chalky texture. They are FAST acting and they do the job to help with an upset stomach. Recently my daughter had a really upset stomach and they were the first thing I grabbed. I havent noticed them helping with my sleep but they do help with indigestion and heart burn. They are small and easy to take with you.

If you're tired of opening each individual pack of PB, this is for you. Smells just like it. Is the same active ingredient. I can see why it's wrapped individually, the pills are fragile and if carried around, without care, they might break up.

is there any 10 star ??? i can give 10 star....It has been incredibly helpful for the colon problems I've been experiencing for the past 3 months. I had H2S buildup and gas in my colon due to incorrect doctor diagnoses. I used this bismuth along with Gasx. Don't be alarmed by the black color of your stool; if your stool is black, it means it's working, because you have a significant amount of H2S in your body, and bismuth binds it, converting it to bismuth sulfide. If you have problems in your intestines, especially your colon, use a combination of Movicol, Gasx, magnesium, zinc, and bismuth; this prepares the best results. The fourth doctor gave me the wrong treatment, but when he recommended Gemini bismuth, I tried it, and for the past three days, I've been having amazing bowel movements... but definitely stay away from simple carbohydrates during this process. I have immense respect for doctors, but this digestive system management really needs to be handled by AI systems; it's very, very complicated... I feel amazing right now, I won't comment much, but this saved my life... Goodbye H2S, bacteria, please stop multiplying so unevenly...
