The ones I bought were Ball End. If you look on the top left corner of the packet it will say if it's Ball or Loop end.

Is it tuned cc or ff please ?

I don't own 1 but the gauge and scale length plus the tension you want should be a rough guide

Specific tuning is not mentioned for these strings.... Tenor Guitars can be tuned CGDA, GDAE or DGBE and variations thereof..... If this is of concern maybe search for strings for that particular tuning....
