Great quality!
Great quality, hard shell case to keep my injections safe , internal pockets for different sizes and two cool pouches to pop in the freezer before use . I’ve used this several times and it’s never let me down. Recommended!

Great insulated cooling bag
After some time searching, reading reviews and comparing the insulated cooling bags available to buy from Amazon I bought this one and I consider it a great choice. The case is strong and manufactured with quality. I didn't use it yet, but tested it already and is perfect. I don't need it to keep insulin, but for my etanercept pens, due to rheumatoid arthritis, when I travel abroad. The case allows me to fit in 3 pens and a thermometer or just 4 pens. I only need an injection pen once a week, so 3 pens are enough for when I go on holiday. The pens are kept in the right temperature for several hours. The only issue is the condensation on the outside due to the ice packs, but I managed to find a solution to minimize the situation. I strongly recommend this SHBC case.

Just alright
Fine, but not if you're flying. The gel packs are a problem and they will not be acceptable in hand luggage; airline said they would be cool with them, but not their call and to expect resistance at the airport: 50/50 odds. Unfortunately I had to bin the packs at security. I was almost certain they were going to be an issue so I wasn't particularly surprised or heartbroken when they were refused. Other than that, the case is good. Without the gel packs it's a bit bulky, though I felt a little less paranoid that I would accidentally crush my medication.

Don't leave home without this
Perfect for travel lots of space for your Insulin pens (4) along with needles and Alcohol Wipes. Will keep meds cool during long flights by using the freezer gels. This is well made with a good quality zipper and a washable fabric using a damp cloth. Very happy with this product.

Good, versatile holder. Would be better if slightly thinker and had carabiner loop
Lots of options for storage of various supplies I like to carry. Once filled with everything I like to carry, was a little over full for the zipper. Would work better if just a quarter inch thicker. Would also be nice if it had a carabiner loop
