Don’t work. Cheap plastic doesn’t seal to glass
Didn’t work at all. I never penetrated the crack in my window, the yellow applicator along the plastic mold is cheap and doesn’t turn tightly. The threads come lose before tightening down. Waste of money

Worked great
Product came as described with additional supplies inside as well (thank you). The instructions were simple and it fixed the chip I had in my windshield. So all in all 5 stars.

Threading for epoxy funnel too short!
The one single flaw that made me mark this so low is that the part that's suppose to funnel the epoxy into the crack is designed poorly. Ideally, this tube for the epoxy would screw into the suction spider legs to be able to hold a seal to the window and pump epoxy into the crack to fill it. However, the threading on the epoxy funnel are much too short and thus cannot secure the funnel in place (reference the first picture where the funnel is loose and at an angle). This means no suction between the window, epoxy dripping down your windshield, and the crack is only filled on the surface. It's a cosmetic fix at best, and not a good or long lasting one. Customer support didn't offer help in getting a piece with longer threads, didn't suggest a way to clean the epoxy from the the surface of the crack (as I only covered the surface because the seal was imperfect), and offered to fully refund the product as their condolence.TLDR: Look elsewhere for a better constructed product that can make a proper seal to your windshield to ensure crack is fully filled with epoxy.

Didn't work for me
Instructions are more confusing than helpful. You would think they would direct you to a how-to video. You can still find one on YouTube-not for this kit but there are many similar kits out there.I could not get it to fill in all the cracks. Then I find out later that there's a trick where you can heat up the resin to make it thinner to fill the cracks. Would have been nice to know before I got started.

Build quality issue
The resin is fine, and the repair worked for a small chip/crater with 1/4” crack. The application tool is not robust enough for how they want you to use it. The plastic threads on the unit I received failed under even slight pressure, breaking the seal. The plunger that’s meant to force resin into the cracks also didn’t make a tight enough seal to be effective so I ended up holding the applicator, filling with more resin than needed and using the plunger more like a little ram to push resin down. Made a bit of a mess but it all scrapes off clean. Got the finished repair flush to the glass and wipers work fine.

Terrible quality
I tried this rather than a brand name because of all the reviews it had. That was a mistake. All of the screw threads were mismatched so the suction cup mount wouldn't hold the plunger, it would just fall out, this means I couldn't get pressure to form the seal. I tried holding it with my hand, I put the drops in and then tried screwing the back piece in that is supposed to push the resin in. However the plunger back was too small so it just came out the back of the plunger and resin got everywhere. Very disappointed.
