I am 5'7" and about 115 lbs, so I'm thin but I have rather large hips, so I ordered the medium. They fit really well with the exception of them being a little snug around the leg holes. I purposely busted a seam and then they fit perfectly. Even though I have hips, I'm severely lacking in the buttock area so I wanted to give these a shot. It's amazing! It doesn't look extreme, ridiculous, cartoon-like or fake at all. It gives me just enough padding so that my backside isn't so flat. In my photos, I took a picture without the padding and with the padding in the exact same outfit at the same angle so you can see the difference it makes: you'll see that it isn't extreme and it looks completely natural! I like that the padding can be removed and it can be worn as regular underwear, too!

Tight around thighs. Pads are circle and high, not so natural looking at all. I had a different brand years ago and they were great, but don't remember brand. Agree with buying two to double up pads and adjust legnth of buttox.

She has been basically sat in a chair for the last year or so and, after having lost about 70lbs, has ended up with no padding to her tuchus. The cushion she uses for her special chair hasn't been sufficient, but having this padding move with her (like actual butt padding would) has helped her comfort level out a lot. I will be getting more for her so she can wear them every single day. I know it's not an aesthetic thing, but it's great for what we got them for. (Ok, it's a little an aesthetic thing too. Lol. She likes to white girl twerk and show it off when she feels up for it) So, thank you.

I love the butt lifter. I have a booty but for some reason when I wear high waist pants the jeans flatten my rear end. At first it felt odd wearing padded underwear but after I put on the jeans my booty popped real nicely. padding did not move around or felt uncomfortable. Would definitely buy again.

I needed a small and got a large in mail. I thought a reorder would be same size as before. Besides this...Rhe material is strong and sturdy and worth the buy

Great buy for the cost. Pads are thin, so I added a set I already had to them, and now I have a butt! (I'm 63, 5'7, and 105 lbs., I need the help.)Only complaint I would have is that the pockets that the pads go Into are very loose, and the fabric rolls up. I am always adjusting the seat of my pants! Not a good habit.Other than that, and the elastic around the legs being a little tight, I feel like this was a good buy, and would buy again.

The pads are wrinkled, you cannot wear them because said wrinkles show. I usually wear smalls, I ordered a medium and it fits. I will have to find replacement pads I guess.

Good shape, but it gave me the worst panty lines ever in anything I would want to wear them with.I’m going to try them with tights, or maybe underwear over it, to see if I can smooth out the big line on my ass, but if nit, it’ll still probably work with some of my dresses.
