Very thick pad (1/2"). Works great for me. It's tight so you may want to get it a size larger like I did. And it does come two in a pack.

Padding is just what I needed. I bought them because I have very sore elbows & cannot rest them on anything. These were the only ones I could find that came in a pair for close to the single ones price. Not to tight & not loose at all, Im 70 & thin, bought a medium lPerfect fit & will probably cut the velcro off, not needed. Great price for 2 😀

Here’s a 3 out of 5 star review for the *RDX Elbow Pads from Amazon*:The build quality is decent but I’d give it a 3 out of 5 because the structure feels a bit stiff and it’s quite tight to get on. The padding is good and I really like the open hole on the elbow — it makes positioning it right super convenient. Getting it up past the forearm to the elbow is a task though, making it a task to get on. This is why it loses major points for me . I’d also love to see more color variations to choose from and a better construct making it easier to get on and position on the elbow.

Las utilizo para ir en moto en verano, cuando no llevo la chaqueta motera por calor. Protector sencillo pero suficientemente acolchado para proteger los codos en caso de caida, digamos que una de las partes más susceptibles de recibir si vamos al suelo. Busqué el mismo protector en las típicas marcas moteras y eran bastante más caros. Recomendables en general.

It’s a MUST
Great protection around the elbow, especially when you’re trying to mimic body shots from heavy hitters in the gym.. I know we have a few!! Would definitely recommend for the pad person.
