I broke my ankle in June and these ice packs have been a real life-saver. They’re comfortable to wear (even while walking), stay frozen/cold for a long while, and refreeze quickly. The material is soft on the outside but incredibly durable. Thanks to these ice packs and elevation, I’m healing very well and would recommend these to anyone who has an ankle injury and wants to aid their recovery.

These are absolute HEAVEN on my plantar fasciitis feet. I have two complaints - first, they're two of the same configuration. There should be one for left and one for right. I can get a fantastic fit on my right foot because all the straps connect on the inner side and it's easy to snug in tight. On the left, the connections are on the outside of the foot and it's so hard to get a snug fit becauseit'sharder to reach. Secondly, there is lots of info on the listing about being cold, but little to nothing about how to use them hot, to the extent that I wasn'tsure if I even could. I had to ask about it. It makes me wonder if it really is safe to use them hot. At the end of thenl day, I elevate my feet on a stack of blankets with a heating pad wrapped around my calves for circulation and these on the soles of my feet for inflammation. I do wish there was gel in the long straps that go around the back fo the heel/Achilles tendon. Overall, these have been very helpful in my recovery.

Works. Don't understand those reviews that say it's not cold. I left it in the freezer overnight and it's too cold and hard. Left it out for about 15 minutes and now it wraps around my ankle just fine. I had ankle ORIF surgery and just came out of a cast so now I can ice my ankle directly. Feels so nice. I love it.

These are great for my PF! They are not flexible right out of the freezer, but as soon as they thaw just a little they are easy to put on! So can be used as ice pack for ankles . They feel great on a sore feet. You can ALSO heat them in the microwave to use HOT! Very durable - they don’t weigh too much, you can wear them on your ankle and still put on your slippers. And walk —- I have used them for other body parts as well. So very flexible !

I wear a size 7 in women’s and I have fairly small ankles. This ice pack actually adjusted small enough for my ankles. I like the fact that the portion under the foot as well as around the ankle both have Velcro straps that allow you to adjust from any angle which makes this product great for various ankle and foot sizes. The ice pack is flexible so you can walk around with it. It doesn’t take long to freeze about 30 min in the freezer gives you about 10 min of a cool pack temperature and 60 mins plus can easily give you 30 min of cooling relief. It’s easy to use because you don’t have to worry about adjusting multiple straps or struggling to keep the ice packs in place. This ankle pack has high quality materials which makes it something that is durable enough to use on a daily basis is without worrying about cracking or wear.

HOLY HELL this thing is awesome. If you have a sprained ankle or other injury that needs ice this will apply ice directly to your foot perfectly. I put a sock on and then put this on, and it Velcros to itself very well. It was almost TOO much cooling relief for my plantar fasciitis so I remove it, and then put it back on and repeated this as time went on. Very intense cooling. I have suffered for a couple months so this is reserved for a future injury. It fits well, it is comfortable when on, and the material is fine. Against the skin I recommend the sock; the velcro sticks to the softer side. For the value for money, the amount you pay it is worth having on hand if you have athletic kid who like to take risks. Fantastic product! I suggest a sock be used in between the product and your skin.
