Great little machine!
I got this machine to tide me over until my laptop is fixed. It was working great (can't run all the games, the graphics card isn't compatible with all), and then it died. There was no response to anything I tried, and since there's no speaker, no POST codes, or anything. I contacted their support e-mail. They promptly got back to me and we went through some basic troubleshooting and determined that one of the memory sticks was bad. They promptly sent me 2 replacements and now the machine is back up and running at full capacity. Excellent service and a great little computer!

Great for office work and retro gaming
I got this with 16GB RAM and 512GB NVMe SSD for 315 usd with coupon. I immediately cloned the drive to a 2TB NVMe ($60 PCIe 3.0) and added a 2TB 2.5" 7mm SSD ($60). Then changed the max TDP from 35W to 45W in the bios. I'm running two 1080p 27" HDR monitors, one by included HDMI cable and the other by separately purchased Display Port cable. Only the Display Port output seems to support HDR. I can confirm that the front USB4 port also supports video out. Easy to setup, although I had to switch back to the stock NVMe boot drive; the 2TB NVMe led to some errors such as no audio despite trying some different cloning software and methods; I'm guessing this had something to do with using a PCIe 3.0 NVMe stick in a PCIe 4.0 slot. Anyway, works perfect now and does a good job with retro gaming emulation up through GC, PS2 and some PS3.

It died on the second day
I got the computer pretty much set up for use, then left it on for a couple of hours as it was downloading my files. When I went to turn it off, the screen was dark and I couldn't bring the screen back. I tried turning it off with the power button. It would not turn off. I tried the 10 sec. forced shutdown. It would not shut down. I had to unplug it. When I tried to restart the computer, it would not restart. Other than the light on the power button, there was no sign of life. I tried resetting the CMOS. Nothing... This is my third Beelink, the second with issues. In a previous attempt to contact support, my requests were either ignored or they gave me a run-around with days between emails. I learned my lesson and worked with Amazon Support. They produce results. Maybe it is time to move away from Beelink??

Where are the windows 10 drivers???
I like these pc's, fast quiet. for those like myself that prefer windows 10 over the latest Fluff OS I request that windows 10 drivers be posted on your page. It can be accessed by the order number for verification and have a compressed folder with all of the needed drivers. virtually every pc company that has existed since the internet has a support page for this. Not everyone wants or needs the latest OS. many of us have legacy devices that work perfectly. It would be easier to recommend your product if a support page existed. You are not in business with microsoft, you should not try to protect the latest crap he is selling

A very nice office computer
This particular model was a very nice sweet spot in performance vs price for a basic non-gaming computer. All I needed was spreadsheets, terminal windows, etc in 4k, and it's pefect for that. Thermal design is good, CPU runs 20-30 degC above ambient for all office type apps, CPU rarely spikes to full 4.5 GHz speed except when streaming HD res videos. When stress testing, the CPU can rise up to 60 degC above ambientl; the fan is only audible above 70 deg C. Below that- no sound at all. Keep shopping and eventually you will get substantial discounts and coupons on these Beelink devices - I was able to purchase this model for well under $300. Check video port configurations - this model has one HDMI2 port and one DisplayPort. Some have two HDMI2, etc.

GOOD PRODUCT!
So far so good. Though it took some time to get the product (around 1 month) to be delivered, so far I have no issue with this product. Running pretty well. I bought it for $405. You can go for it.

Great mini PC as HTPC and all-in-one media center
Mounted at the pegboard wall at the back of 65" 4k TV, installed Plex Media Server, and you have an all-in-one HTPC media center, with all the browser-based streaming service you can think of. No problem with 4k videos, even YouTube 4k looks great. You can watch multiple videos by having them on their own Windows. Wifey watching her favorite straming app in one corner with the audio, CP24 news at the bottom left corner, and 2 NBA live games muted. Or she can do her shopping/browsing on one side while watching YouTube/FB/social media stuff on the other. A gyro remote control serves as a mouse and keyboard. Or I can use a BT full keyboard and mouse as well if needed. Connected a webcam sitting on top of the TV and you got a nice office-looking video conference or FB/Viber calls. Because this is Windows, I also installed a news ticker at the bottom. Viber, FB Messenger, Phone Link will popup notifications if enabled, so no need to look at the phone. It's quiet compared to the previous ThinkCenter. Been using it for 3 months and no issues so far, running 24/7, only rebooting during updates.

Disconnecting and stuttering (6600h)
UPDATE: this was a SER6 Ryzen 6600h, my purchase link led to this model. After 8 months ethernet started randomly connecting and disconnecting. Driver was current. Tried hooking to Wi-Fi about 3 feet away, would find but fail to connect. Tried USB-C to ethernet connection same problem. Tested router and Wi-Fi on other devices without issues. Also had video stuttering if you tried to jump forward or back, the video wouldn't play smooth. Tried MPC-classic, VLC, media player with same results. Also had to unplug and replug in wireless keyboard mouse as it would lose connection too. Not recommended.
