Heart palpitations but still giving 5 stars coz it worked as it said, This is a very nice product it works for sure, but the dosage is very high for me, but if you have Medical condition like gall bladder removed, then 500mg could work wonders for you, but for people who just want to kick start their sluggish digestion process, I would say half the dose is good enough. Coming to my experience, right before my dinner around 8pm I took some Betaine HCL, and 5 mins after my dinner I took 1 Pill of OX Bile 500MG ,after like 30-45 mins I felt something is working, it felt good, then an hour later a little bloating and tightness happened nothing serious, I thought it might be part of the process, around 11pm I went to bed and woke up from sleep at 12:45AM with noticeable heart palpitations and lot of Confidence, I know it's weird I felt pretty good, while the heart palpitations felt like a very strong cup of coffee, (also I had 4 cups of coffee in total that day which is the highest ever for me), I felt like I should go for a Run or tidy up my home, It felt good and wild, it's been a while feeling this way, by body warmth is back I felt warm and little sweaty. I also felt how potent this is, if you are a worry some person, this could feel like panic attack or a heart attack, for me the palpitations stayed for about 5 mins, then came back to normal within about 45 mins, I fell back in to sleep and I slept very deep. I woke up with a tight stomach not too bad but noticeable, it's slowly coming to normal. I'm gonna experiment with taking half of this pill 1 hour after dinner, so that stomach will have time to digest the food for a bit and Ox bile can come in and do it's job, it's an alkalizer like a detergent, it's gonna clean up and extract the fat soluble nutrients from food and also neutralize the stomach acid. Stomach Acid and bile salts will need some experimentation before we get it right, so my recommendation is start low.

So far so good. No awful smell or taste and has already helped my digestion after just one day. I haven't had a gallbladder in 13 years and this is the first thing that's helped, what removing my gallbladder was *supposed* to fix... 😫

I don’t have a gallbladder so these are very helpful with digestion.

Works good for greasy meals and high fiber meals but if you don't eat enough, you end up getting bad heartburn and esophageal burning.

Guys for many years since my gallbladder was taken out in 2008 my stomach was never the same I Couldn't go out to eat with friends or family without going to the restroom right of way sometimes just driving home they told me I had IBS so I just stopped going out to eat or made sure there restroom at the places I would go will let me tell something this Blessing pills works it really works im able to go eat wil out panicking but I still don't drink soda or any sweets

Dosage was too high for me. So opened the pill and added the powder to stuff which is messy and funky tasting. Wish they had a lower dose that was half as much as this one.

I was told if I didn't have my gallbladder to buy this and I wouldn't get as sick from eating salads and other foods that would make me sick after gallbladder was removed. It works!
