Women's 50s 60s A Line Rockabilly Dress Cap Sleeve Vintage Swing Party Dress

I wasn't expecting much from a dress with such a low price tag bit chanced it for a wedding. I'm roughly a 14/16 so went for the large which fit really well. I chose to wear a petticoat underneath but it looked nice without also!

This just arrived today and I LOVE it.I'm around 5'7 and I'm a UK size 8-10 up top (not overly gifted in the chest region) and a generous 14 in the bottom, so this style is really flattering. I ordered a size S and it clings in all the right places, plus I could do it up myself at the back with moderate contortion. The slight stretch in the fabric is great for making it cling right. I'd say maybe the arms are the tiniest bit tight, but if I'd gone a size up then it would've been baggy around the waist.Oh, also, there are no pockets. Seriously, it's 2018, we need more dresses with pockets!With or without a petticoat (I got the Bbonlinedress petticoat in white) it looks fab. Super excited to wear this to my 30th birthday lunch on Sunday!

Nice fitting and quite flattering. I'm a size 12/14 hourglass shape and bought a large. It's a little roomy around the bust, but comfortable rather than baggy. I would probably go for a medium next time.

Bought to wear to a christening party for a friend's new baby girl. Fit very nicely - I got a size XL and am normally a 14 on top and 14-16 below. I was a little unsure of what size to get, and on balance I think I got it right. I was worried about a gaping neckline if I got too big a size but this was not an issue and was actually very flattering and I got lots of compliments. I might have been OK with a size L but didn't want it to be too tight - comfort is always my main priority! The material is quite thin and had a few creases on the skirt from being in the bag but I hung it straight up and gave it a quick iron the day before I needed it and came out very well. The colours are nice and bright and the skirt is a good length - I am about 5'6" and it came to just below my knees. I was concerned I might need to get a petticoat to wear with it but I felt it looked perfectly good without one, although I may get one in the future to dress it up a bit more.Definitly a decent buy for the money.

So so happy with this dress. I bought an XL and it fit perfectly (I'm usually size 16). Can be worn with or without a bra. It's a very flattering shape.Without an underskirt, the pleats are more obvious but it doesn't have as much volume as the pictures. I'll probably mostly wear it with an underskirt, with gives a great shape.The green isn't quite as bright as pictured, and the fabric is cotton like.

Love the style, got so many compliments about this dress. Only issue I had was the single stitch at the just holding the fabric together. Being larger in the chest(36hh) I sized up anyway. The single stitch would have given out on me, but securing it with a nice broach seemed to do the trick for me. Will add in some hidden stitching myself later to give bust area more than one stitch of support. Only con I had with this dress. So comfortable to wear and I absolutely loved it. - wore as a guest at a wedding.

Fab dress. Wasn't expecting this dras to look as good as it does. It's not as white as it looks in the amazin picture it's more of an off white put im wearing with a pink petticoat. Im a size 14 and the large fits me perfectly. I cant wait to wear it to my 1950's/Grease themed Hen party.

Absolute bargain dress!I ordered this dress as other people on Amazon have good reviews and I usually rely on reviews. Delivery took 1 week and I was expecting it sooner, but the dress is so nice that I am still delighted.It's very, very flattering on, especially around the bust.I ordered a Size L and it fits like a glove and I'm usually a 14 on top and 16 bottom.I ordered the tulle skirt in the same colour (royal blue) and it dresses the dress up a bit for going out, occasions etc.I'll order more of these dresses. Brilliant buy!

Das Kleid hat einen wunderschönen Schnitt und der Stoff ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Es trägt sich sehr angenehm auf der Haut und ist nicht kratzig oder dergleichen. Verarbeitung ist makellos. Keine Abstehenden Fäden oder unsauber gearbeitete Nähte. Der Zippverschluss am Rücken des Kleides ist sehr leichtgängig und auch gut verarbeitet. Obwohl laut Maßtabelle bestellt fällt das Kleid eine Nummer größer aus. Ich habe mir einen dazu passenden Unterrock bestellt welcher dem Kleid noch etwas mehr Volumen verleiht. Die Farben des Kleides sind sehr schön und das Muster ist wie auf den Produktbildern. Die Satinschleife welche dabei ist, ist auch sehr schön und sehr gut verarbeitet.MEIN FAZITsehr schönes KleidGute VerarbeitungFällt eine Nummer größer aus.Dazu passender Unterrock ist zu empfehlenTolle Stoffqualität

Bin begeistertSchnitt ,Länge ,Stoff Baumwolle angenehm glatt,Allerdings ist es schon für Kurven gedacht.Das heißt Oberteil fällt locker aus ohne was drin. ☺Gr.XL ist 42. D Cup geeignet

Très belle robe pour son prix je fais habituellement un 46-48 j ai pris la robe en xl. Au niveau de la taille rien à dire tombe parfaitement en revanche un peu baillant au niveau des épaules . Reçue bien emballé du coup un peu froissée . Photo prise avec le jupon. Cache bien les formes (ventre,hanche)

Cette robe est vraiment très jolie ! Le tissu est de qualité et les finitions sont bien (pas de faux-raccord, pas de fils qui dépassent, pas de vulgaires coutures apparentes etc.) ! Pour ce qui est de la taille, je recommanderais de prendre la taille habituelle, ou si possible de prendre ses mesures avant achat et de se fier au tableau des tailles ! J’ai choisi une taille S après avoir pris mes mesures (surtout poitrine et taille) et effectivement c’etait la taille qui convenait ! Cette robe me serre un petit peu au niveau des épaules, mais cela est lié à ma morphologie et au sport, mais la robe n’en est pas moins confortable pour autant ! Très jolie robe, je recommande !

Très contente de la robe.. La qualité est au rendez vous et les couleurs sont éclatante. Je fais 1m78 pour 70kg j'ai pris une taille L et c'est parfait. Avec un jupon en plus le rendu est vraiment top

Ich liebe diesen Schnitt einfach! Ich finde er ist besonders für große Größen geeignet. Allerdings fällt das Kleid sehr groß aus. Ich habe eigentlich eine 3XL und hatte damit ein grünes und ein schwarzes Kleid bestellt. Beide haben nicht gepasst, wobei das grüne enger war als das schwarze. Bei der gleichen Größe fand ich das schon seltsam.Nagut, ich habe dann die beiden Kleider nocheinmal in 2XL bestellt und siehe da: das grüne sitzt wie angegossen. Ich bin sehr verliebt und behalte es! Aber: Das schwarze Kleid in exakt der gleichen Größe ist zu klein. Vorher bei 3XL war das schwarze größer als das Grüne. Was stimmt dort nicht? Die eingenähten Größen-Ettiketten hatte auch die "richtigen" Größen eingenäht, aber scheinbar passt dort irgendein Schnittmuster nicht. Ich hätte das Schwarze auch gerne behalten, aber wenn die 3XL zu groß und 2XL zu klein ist, was soll man da machen?

Nach den angegebenen Maßen hätte ich XS für die Taille bestellen müssen aber S bis M für die Oberweite. Nachdem viele Kommentare angesprochen hatten, dass der Brustteil groß ausfällt, habe ich XS bestellt, was jetzt auch überall gut passt - der Brustteil hätte sogar noch enger sein können. Die anderen Maße sind wie in der Größentabelle angegeben.Auch der Stoff ist angenehm und das Kleid ist gut verarbeitet.

J'ai commandé cette robe en bleu marine, taille M. Je fais un tour de taille de 73cm, 88 de tour de buste, et je mesure 1.60m pour 59kg. La taille choisie est bonne, un peu de jeu à la taille, mais en même temps ce n'est pas du sur mesure, donc je considère que c'est adapté. Le tissus est de bonne qualité, le fait que ce soit en coton à 95% fait que c'est facile à entretenir, et contrairement à sa jumelle en viscose, aucune transpiration ni tissus qui colle à la peau à cause de l'électricité statique. J'ai fait un petit point au niveau du décolleté pour assurer la couvrance de mon 85E, les plus petites poitrines devront se méfier que ça ne baille pas trop. Au final, le rendu est juste magnifique, elle tombe très bien, très bien taillée. La longueur est celle que j'attendais, niveau à peine sous le genoux. A porter telle quelle tout les jours, ou avec une petite ceinture et des accessoires pour un côté plus glamour et chic. Je vais sans hésitation en commander une d'une autre couleur. Rapport qualité prix vraiment intéressant. Elle est trop belle !!! Je la recommande sans hésiter.

Muy muy bonito. Tela bastante buena , corte estupendo y hace una figura bonita. Muy contenta. Las medidas sirven y la talla muy bien.

Matière coton avec 5% de spandex. Coloris conforme.Le guide des tailles est trop grand. Je l'avais d'abord commandée en L et elle était beaucoup trop grande. C'était ridicule. Rachetée en M, elle est top!Elle arrive sous le genou. Je mesure 165cm.Elle est très glamour et sexy. Le décolleté est très plongeant. À 45 ans, je me pose quand même la question de la garder... 😇

habe normalerweise 44/46 bei T-Shirts, wegen der Oberweite, ds passt bei 3 XL - auch von hinten kann man es anschaun, besser mit Funktionswäsche dann sieht mann keine FettpölsterchenMit Pettycoat fällt das Kleid so schön weit, ansonsten - wers anders mag - glatt runter - ohne oder mit normalen Unterrock!Es wäre schön, wenn man auch 4XL und 5 XL kaufen könnte - denn wir haben einfach eine andere Figur wie die asiatischen Frauen!!Und es sind so schöne Kleider zu einem sensationellen Preis - wer diesen Schnitt mag!!Bei gr. 44/46 kann 4XL angenehm sein - ohne Druckstellen -denn am Rücken ist es angenehm aber könnte 1 cm weiter geschitten sein, ebenso unter den Achseln könnte es 1cm nach unten gehen...also bitte auch anbieten zum Verkaufen!!!aber es passt - obwohl ich eine sportliche Figur habe...

Il colore rispecchia perfettamente le foto, molto bello e tessuto non troppo rigido.. veste un po grande consiglio di prendere una taglia in meno rispetto alla vostra tipo una 44 è meglio che acquisti la 42! Ottimo qualità prezzo Consiglio!

Das Kleid passt genau. Bin 1,56 m groß und das Kleid geht mir ein wenig übers Knie. Es ist auch ohne Petticoat tragbar.

Das Kleid ist einfach toll, sehr schöner, fester Stoff, aber trotzdem etwas dehnbar (eher ein bisschen wie bei einer dünnen Stretch-Jeans, kein super dehnbares Jersey oder so) und passt mir in S wie angegossen. Da ich normalerweise M trage (Größe 38) habe ich es zuerst in M bestellt und da hat es geschlabbert, es fällt also wohl etwas groß aus. Die Farbe ist wirklich toll. Für den Preis wirklich absolut zu empfehlen! Ich überlege noch, mir einen Pettycoat dazu zu kaufen, es fällt aber auch ohne sehr schön.

Die Nähte sind schön verarbeitet und der Stoff ist eher fest. Die Farbe ist satt und wie auf dem Bild. Zudem hat das Kleid im Brustbereich eine leichte Wattierung.Leider war es mir im Brustbereich etwas zu weit. Habe bei einem Brustumfang von 102cm L bestellt, da dies mit 99cm angegeben ist und XL mit 105cm. Aber es war trotzdem ein bisschen zu weit. Da M mit Sicherheit zu klein für mich wäre (der Rest des Kleides passt wie angegossen) habe ich es zurückgeschickt und muss leider ohne auskommen.
