**Q: are these gell filled?**
A: No, standard liquid. But same company does use gell in their soft ice packs.

**Q: Are they effective in cool bags of 18l capacity?**
A: I found if you use them all in one cooler box they can be effective.

**Q: How long do they stay cold for?**
A: I don’t know exactly, but I put 2 in my insulated lunch bag and 6 hours later, although they’ve defrosted, my salad is still chilled enough to notice
