I really wanted to love this cream as it is so well priced with good ingredients (i have used similar ingredients in serum form and had no problems), unfortunately this cream gave me terrible flaky dry skin all around my eyes and eyelids, my eye lids looked all shrivelled and wrinkly. I do have sensitive skin but I'm usually fine with organic do I'm not sure why this happened. If you have sensitive skin then maybe give this one a miss.

I had some areas of dry skin on my face. I got some of this cream after seeing a BBC programme where someone from a skin care clinic commented that of all the products available commercially, those containing retinol were the only ones that worked, in their experience. I have to report that they were right. After a few applications of this stuff, the dried up areas just fell off, literally, replaced with newly grown skin underneath. Brilliant.

Arrived within specified time, packaging looks nice, container the cream is in is very good (you pump the top down and it dispenses a little cream each time - it saves putting your fingers into the pot and getting cream under finger nails), the cream goes onto/into the skin nicely. I have sensitive skin and have experienced no issues. I’ve only been using it for a couple of weeks so I can’t comment on its claims on making lines finer etc.

Lovely moisturiser! I was pleasantly surprised when I started using this after reading some of the 1 star reviews. Nice subtle smell and sinks in easily, don't need much to spread over face and neck. I am over 65 so don't have youthful skin to start with but this cream definitely makes my skin feel firmer and very well moisturised. This is exactly the same as other much dearer creams being sold on here in similar tubs.

Lovely rich face/ decolletage cream. Took a little while to receive. Have been using for a few weeks & have not really noticed a difference as yet but for the price, I’m happy to give it a go & order more 😊

Only been using this product 3 days morning and night , and my face feels a lot smoother. So would recommend people to try it.

I don’t usually write reviews but this product is amazing.It did cause a few spots at first until my skin got used to it but then I have got sensitive skin. Great moastiriser and great price. I would highly recommend and have purchased another! I use it before bed and first thing in the morning before putting my make up on. I have noticed a tiny bit of change to some fine wrinkles but irs great anyway for a moisturiser

Cream is silky smooth & soaks into skin quickly. Unsure if it is the concentration of retinol that it is supposed to be as I have no way of knowing. No quick wrinkle fixer but still a nice cream to use as a moisturiser .
