Worked fantastically.

I found the patch on the first go seem to get rid of toxins I’ve used it a couple of times now maybe once a month

Gimmick, basically didnt do much. These change colour due to sweat

I’ve been using these for a week. The pads & sticky tape are separate so I wasn’t sure what way round the pad wend against my foot as one side was smooth and one side had a cloth feel. Put the cloth side to your foot and then stick the tape over it. It’s been black every morning. (Tried it smooth side to foot & nothing happened). Not feeling any different yet.
