Urbanista Tokyo True Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Earphones [ TRUE WIRELESS FREEDOM ], IPX4 Rated Water Resistant, Button Control with Microphone - Dark Clown

Used for 2days had no problems; connects to iPhone X very easily via Bluetooth with no issues, no cutting out with music or video streaming. Not used any wireless Bluetooth headphones before so nothing to compare but does the job very well. When listening to music range is circa 15mtrs from phone which is plenty for my needs. Ears getting used to comfort but beauty is zero wires/leads. Case is very compact and easily fits in pocket etc. Sound is great, if positioned correctly in ears bass is great and sound very clear, with all outside ambient noise cancelled out so if using whilst biking etc (which I don’t) you’d have trouble hearing traffic but for use commuting then perfect. I’ve yet to totally run battery in earphones or case down completely but used to/from work/home circa 1.5 hrs both ways for two days and not had to charge case yet and phones not runout (stored in case and they’ve charged whilst at work/home). Telephone calls are clear and no problems answering from earphones- sound appears only in right earphone whilst music/video streaming in both- unsure if this is deliberate but poses no issues to me. As said I’ve no comparison I can make to other Bluetooth/wireless headphones (previously had apple and jay5) but these in my opinion are far superior and for circa £65 are value for money- esp if buying this type for first time. Would recommend these based on my current usage

Easy connection to devices via blue tooth. Good looking and pretty comfortable in use, but maybe feel a little 'top heavy' but get used to this. Fantastic clear sound from both radio and streamed music

The product is not too bad for the price. The battery lasts lees than three hours per charge and ear phones keep falling off the ear at the slightest bend, shake or turn of the head. The bluetooth is not powerful enough to work when door is shut while the phone is in another room. There is room for improvement on quality, battery life, bluetooth coverage and earphone loop. On the good side, the Bluetooth pairing with phone is quick, the volume is good, phone calls are clear, music videos are as clear as audios. Why charge VAT not indicated in the advert?

Returned after a week due to constant disconnects and poor sound quality. Still waiting for my refund despite having returned over a month ago
