Easy install adds extra room. Make sure you have a hack saw with smaller closets to cut the bars down.

Overall, it’s a great value and super easy to assemble. It took me 90 minutes by myself with multiple distractions. The shelves are sturdy and it’s perfect for my small closet space. That said, I’d give it 4.5 Stars if I could. I mean you get what you pay for (minor chips right out of the box, mediocre hanging rods). I’ll probably buy another set for my other closet.

I had purchased one of these for my daughter's closet 10 months ago and came back to purchase mine. Hers came via 6-8 boxes and really well packaged. Each section was in it own box and all the hardware was neatly packaged. Mine however, came all in 1 box with 1 piece of Styrofoam on each end. The corners of each board is dented or broken off. The quality is fine for partial board. Just know if you are too hard on the hardware they are going to break at the spot of install. Directions are nice and easy to follow with great tips! Overall it's good for the price and worth the repurchase, just sad they have decided to cut corners on the packaging.

Package was missing 2 cam locks, which means I cannot assemble the item at all. I called Closet Maid and they were unhelpful, saying I had to send an email with proof of the missing Cam Locks, and they would send me the replacement parts in 7-10 business days upon confirmation of the missing parts....... I'm literally in the middle of reorganizing my daughters room I don't have time for their bull@#%$....... I'm very unhappy

This works great! We bought a new house and my daughter's closet had no shelves. she does not want a dresser, and this was easy enough for my husband to install in the closet. It has drawers sold separately that fit great.

overall a decent product for the price. my biggest complaint would be the plastic holders for the rods to attach to and the amount of space between the rod and the extension rod. While assembling the unit one of the pieces broke on the holder and i had to modify it for the rod to still serve a purpose. one tiny piece of plastic breaks off and you lose an entire shelf. This could be a significantly better product with very small changes from the manufacturer. Instructions were slightly confusing but not too bad if you take your time to actually read them.

Real happy purchasing the Suite Symphony closet system. Very customizable, easy assembly. Bought 2 of the starter kits then added drawers. Looks great.

I REALLY love this closet organizer. It did take a while to install it and I had to bring the rods to the local hardware store where they trimmed the rods so they would fit my closet which is 5 feet 9 inches. If you do that, be sure to have them trim the side WITHOUT the holes. You need those holes to fit into the brackets so if you have the wrong side trimmed, you'll ruin the rod. All in all, I am thrilled. The unit is secured, the rods are solid and it looks great!
