Very sturdy and thick. The bright red color makes it easily identifiable from outside; even in darker conditions. Even though the key seems a little flimsy I have not had any issues with it breaking or jamming up. I’m very happy with the purchase and the amount of money I paid. Easy to use, and no issues with performance. 10/10

I purchased the bright yellow steering wheel lock after having a vehicle stolen. I believe this lock to be an excellent deterrent, in spite of the fact that a determined thief could cut the steering wheel to remove the lock. It is heavy duty and not too bulky. It comes with 3 keys and is very easy and simple to put on and take off of the steering wheel. I am very pleased with it and have purchased 2 additional to protect other push button start vehicles that my family uses, these types of vehicles being the most vulnerable to theft. I do also recommend purchasing an OBD2 lock as an additional physical theft deterrent.

I bought two of these, one for my 2020 4Runner and 2020 Tundra. These are very well built, if placed on the wheel vertically you can see it super easily. Great deterrent and will probably cause most thieves to look for a less protected vehicle. If you’re concerned about catalytic converters, get motion detectors and Cat Shields, it gets pricey but it’s cheaper than replacing catalytic converters.

Great quality. But just be careful if your steering has auto adjustment. I accidently broke my windshield keeping this locked to the steering and while turn the car off, the steering went up and broke the windshield. Nothing to do with the product, but just a heads up to be cautious. The product is excellent and easy to install. premium feel and fulfils the functionality.

3 stars for the product itself, and another star for the customer service. Product: The construction materials and functionality of the unit are pretty good. Feels solid and all the functions perform well. Locks securely and the weight is just right to know it's made from strong material resistant to grinders, yet you are still able to maneuver it in the car. Customer service: Very responsive and eager to achieve full customer satisfaction. Big caveat to using this product: It seems that the overlap of key variations on all of their locks is quite substantial. I bought 4 of these and at least two locks can be unlocked with each other's keys. That means that all it really takes to beat this lock - besides cutting it or the steering wheel itself - is for the thief to buy a few of these locks and try their keys on the one in your car. Thus, I wouldn't really use this lock on any really high value cars that someone could be tracking and investing their time and "expertise" to steal. This lock should work to deter any lower grade thieves from trying anything though. So should be good to use on average priced cars parked in an unknown location, but I wouldn't use it where you park regularly. Given the above, I feel that for 30 bucks this lock deserves 4 stars.

The first thing that struck me when I took this lock out of the box was that it was well and solidly made, and finished to a high standard. It fits the wheel of my Berlingo very well and is easy to put on and take off. I like that I don't need to use the key when I put the lock on my steering wheel and only need to use the key to take it off. The bright yellow colour means that it shows up very clearly, hopefully putting off potential thieves. Also , when not in use it is not too big and is easy to store under a seat. It is priced in the mid-range of these devices and I think it is good value for money.

Les voitures récentes n'ont plus de protections mécaniques contre le vol, mais entièrement électroniques. La conséquence est que des personnes mal intentionnées peuvent contourner ces protections électroniques avec des outils conçus pour ça, sans aucune effraction. On en parle de plus en plus à la télé. La parade préconisé est la classique barre de volant antivol qui retarde considérablement toute tentative de vol. Cette barre "Tevlaphee" est de conception particulièrement solide. En revanche, elle est assez lourde. Il faut également faire attention à ne pas se pincer les doigts dans la crémaillère quand on serre la barre. Ca m'est arrivé, et maintenant, je fais attention. La mise ne place est facile, et l'efficacité est totale, il est impossible de tourner le volant, la barre butte au minimum contre le parebrise. Pour le rangement, il est important de considérer que la masse relativement importante de cette barre en fait un projectile potentiel en cas de choc, il conviendra donc de la bloquer à un endroit sûre. Personnellement je la mets sous mon siège par l'arrière. Lors des manipulations, il est important tenir la barre à l'horizontale, sinon les deux parties se décrochent. En effet, le serrage sur le volant est libre par écartement des deux parties, alors que le desserrage nécessite de tourner une des 3 clefs fournies. L'ensemble est protégé par un plastique jaune légèrement mou qui évite les chocs. Je joins une photo sur mon ancien véhicule, le nouveau étant prévu pour bientôt.
