General Lux High Power 10w Daylight LED PIR Outdoor Security Cool White Floodlight

I would like to give these a higher star rating , but haven't found them very good , I bought 2 of these at the same time , worked ok ISH although had issues with timing on one of them ,and now both sensors are full of water , had to disconnect one this evening as it was flashing and making a noise, think they may have just done under the year.

I wanted this to light up inside my garage when I came in. However whatever settings I tried, with the nearly invisible little knobs underneath, this light had two possible modes - Always Coming On, and Never Coming On.Went and bought a more expensive (well, less cheap) light from Wickes (a Luceco) and it's now doing the job fine.

Ordered 4 lights, 3 worked 1 returned. I have ordered a replacement. Quality ok for the price, Fixing brackets poor, shame. Controls not that accurate. Takes time to set up. The light o/p is good for 10w. The instructions show a diagram with the layout of the buttons, This is incorrect, the left and centre buttons are reversed! The instructions are translated into English and need reading at least twice!!Will order more soon.

This light seems to be a quality piece of kit and is very bright, but unfortunately my light came with the PIR the wrong way up, which meant I couldn't adjust it because the PIR swivel adjustment ended up at the side, so I had to 'modify' it in order to adjust the PIR properly, which rendered it possibly not waterproof, hence any claim for a 'wrongly assembled unit' would not have been honoured and I would have had hassle sending it back, however I fitted the light under a canopy and it's working ok (fingers crossed).

Nice little lamp, works well.BUT why such a short cable? Threaded it through the wall into the loft space to find that I have only three inches of cable to work with on the inside!!Would have got 5 stars otherwise.

Absolutely brilliant light. Bright clear light for 10w it's very impressive. Keeps up with a 100W halogen easily. The sensor is also fantastic, picks me up the second i step out of the back door about 9 metres away and i've got it working exactly how i want it with the sensitivity and timer settings. If you need to light up and area about 30 feet around it this will be bright enough, excellent!!
