After my OEM charger that purchased from Sonos died after two years of light use, I decided to take a chance on a product made by a third party. I’ve been using this Wireless Charger for my Sonos Roam for a week now, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The magnetic charging base is incredibly convenient—it ensures a secure connection every time, so I never have to fiddle with aligning the device. I simply place my speaker on the dock, and it starts charging immediately. The design is sleek and minimal, complementing the aesthetics of the Sonos Roam beautifully. Its black finish blends seamlessly with the speaker, and it doesn’t take up much space on my desk or countertop. JUNK! Failed to charge after several months! Too late to return it. Revised review: I am revising my negative review for the wireless charger. The seller responded to my negative review and suggested that I switch power sources, which I tried. So far this has worked (but that doesn't explain why the first power source failed after several months use). Whether or not this change continues to work I am very impressed by the sellers response and follow-up, especially because the wireless charger is no longer returnable.

This stopped working after 2 months and wasn't able to charge the Sonos Roam anymore. Really useless. I went back to having to plug it directly to a USB-C cord because it wouldn't connect.

Works

I would not recommend this product if staying connected to the group or network for days at a time is important to. While connected to the charger the speaker constantly disconnects from its group and the network. The speaker must be rebooted to reconnect. After about a day it will disconnect again. When plugged directly in and avoiding the magnetic charger the speaker stays connected Update - I was contacted, after the return window was closed, by the manufacturer who offered a full return. I changed my rating from one star to three stars. The charger does work it’s just that the speaker doesn’t stay connected to the network while on the charger. If you don’t mind or need it to stay connected then this charger will be fine for you.
