Upon arrival, one of my two headsets was broken. One of the microphones was simply hanging by the cords and would not stay in place. I sent an email using the buyers card that comes with the headset, and I had a new one on the way in less than 5 minutes free of charge! Absolutely wonderful customer service and they are very polite.On to the headset itself!The headset is very well made. I do honestly believe the issue with the other headset was a mishap. They cancel just about any outside noise (I have 2 very energetic puppies that make a lot of noise when playing) and the hearing quality is crisp and makes it sound like you are in the game yourself.Overall, I highly recommend this company and the headsets to anyone looking for high quality headsets that won't break the bank.

Really good starter head set if you’re not trying to break the bank. The sound quality is good. Despite some other reviews saying you can barely hear the sound, that is true when you first plug it in. The sound is very, very low and crappy quality. I own an Xbox, and had to adjust my console settings for headset volume. Once that was turned all the way up these headphones showed their true potential. I actually have to lower it sometimes bc it can be a bit too loud. The only thing that concerns me is the chord that connects to the actual headset is wiggly, and it seems fragile. I’ve used these quite often and take good care of them (ie putting them away when not in use, folding up the mic piece when not using) and so far they’re holding up! I enjoy these headphones, they’re cute and perfect for a beginner gamer.

I would give a full 5 stars... however this headset unfortunately does have its defects sometimes!When I first got this headset it worked beautifully, but slowly overtime within the course of a month or two there began to be a short in the wire and also a buzzing noise in the mic. I contacted BlueFire directly and they helped me by sending me out a whole new headset! This was super kind and something I was very appreciative for. When I got this headset, just one day later, a short was in the wire and the mic no longer worked. I wish this headset wasn’t like that, it is such a great headset but be careful with the wire as it is fragile. Other than that, great customer service and amazing volume on the headset :)

They are durable. The cord length is perfect. The sound is clear and you can adjust accordingly. Mic works well also.

Sound quality great, love the color!

It's about 20 bucks so it's not gonna be groundbreaking stuff. Not suggested for long wear as the cushions don't actually have enough to keep your ears from being pressed against plastic in the inside. I was in a voice call with a friend and whenever I used the built-in mute button, they would hear a static noise everytime I pressed it.The mic quality is meh, but at least they can hear me just fine... The sound quality was quite garbage at first but then I kinda got used to them after awhile so I dunno, I'm not an expert audio person..The noise cancelling, however, is pretty decent. The design is nice and it does look like it can last you a long time but I play video games to relax and just only an hour of play, my ears are hurting. Some people said they bought this for their kids and I can tell you that I'm built like one, I'm short, okay lol. And even these still hurt my tiny ears so I'm assuming it's just the cushion's fault. I'm probably gonna search for a better pair of headsets.

Mic broke within the first few hours. Wont stay up.

These pink gaming headphones caught my eye because they are one of the only coloured headphones I could find online at a reasonable price. My daughter is 8 and they are very comfortable for her little head, but they are a little snug on my adult head. The sound quality is great, she uses them on Xbox One and they plug in easily to the controller jack and even have volume/mute control dial. If I ever need to replace my son's headset I'll be getting him a pair. Thanks for the great customer service too.
