Good elbow protection
Good protection for elbows but the pads are too stiff. I recommend it if your elbows are in good health. I bought it for muay thai trainings, as my elbow is injured, they help a bit. Sleave is tight and overall good quality product for the price!

Good quality with good protection
Bought to protect elbow for Jiu jitsu, comfortable to wear, doesn't slide around too much and not too bad under a gi jacket. They wash well and are really good quality, would recommend!
