Crap
Balloons had disgusting taste to them while trying to blow them up, lips and face had allergic reaction. Never had this happen before and have purchased many birthday sets with balloons on here. Birthday sign was not out together and did not come with appropriate string to put together. Design on balloons looked like a 3 yr old drew them and graphics on banner were pixelated. Would give 0 stars if allowed. Junk.

Was the perfect addition to our sons birthday party! We didn’t have cupcakes so I actually used the cupcake toppers for table decor!
