Bought as a gift, “definite mans thing” although I myself would love one, bit on the expensive side but got to take into account quality designCan’t comment on ink flow, writing sped as it’s a Christmas present so not yet been used

I picked this up for my old man this Father’s Day just gone and all in all it’s held up well. He finds it fantastic to fidget with when he’s at his desk on a call and says it writes nicely and isn’t to heavy in or cumbersome to write with.All in all a good purchase, though more slightly expensive than I’d like it was worth it.

First glance seems good. Lacks set up instructions. Had to go searching on YouTube. Not everyone is a techie, help needed

Bought this as a gift for a friend who loves pens and unique desk items. The pen is stunning and hovers beautifully, which immediately grabs attention. The writing experience is fluid and comfortable, practical for everyday use. However, the instructions could be clearer regarding setting up the pen and accessing the nib. Still, I highly recommend this for anyone who loves a mix of creativity and practicality.

THIS pen was expensive. If you just want something to write with, there are cheaper fountain pens. However, the pen is neat, different. I was looking for a desk pen.Amazon has all kinds of pens, fountain included, but next to no desk fountain pens. This one fills the bill.What I like about the pen:It's neat, a fun thing to have on your desk and a conversation pieceIt is smooth and has a really light touch when writing. Like writing with a featherWhat I don't like:Cats think it is a play toy at night. I find it off its pedestal in the morning (I put it on the pedestal in theevening)The pedestal doesn't enclose the pen; it still has a cover you must remove to use itThe pen fits in the holder upside down. This means of course, the top won't become filled with spilled ink,but it also means you have to turn it right side up and remove the cap before you can use it.Instructions are inadequate; e.g., they did not tell or show me how to expose the nib so I could write.Since the whole pedestal is a magnet (so the pen will hang freely, it grabs the pen and you have to pick upthe pedestal to separate pen from it. You have to use force to get past the edges of the holder and putthe pen in its suspended place.Read independent reviews before buying to ensure you really want to spend the money on something that is a gadget as well as a good fountain pen.I will keep the pen, but had I read reviews first I would not have spent the money on it.
