This is a fantastic Vitamin K brand. I love that these pills are small and easy to swallow. Whenever I take vitamin K, I do not get rashes on my hands from vitamin D and/or sun exposure and this brand seems to work better than any other that I have tried-maybe it is the coconut oil inside of the capsules. I am on my 2nd bottle and will continue to purchase these.
