Good reading material on AI mindset

Love this book. It's got a great combination of both strategic thinking and practical real-world things that you can do to get automation going in your business. It also gives good guidance on how this new world of AI also fits into all of this and how you can make practical use of it. I like the fact that it's not just a technology book, it's really a leadership book on how to make an automation strategy successful. If you're in a tech leadership role and you haven't yet read it, I recommend you do.
