Will use it tonight for the first time. It is sturdy, unlike those you find in grocery stores and it is plenty big. As far as cleaning it, it certainly will work in a dishwasher and come out fine.

This worked for me perfectly. As soon as i received it, i washed it, and it was used to cover my cast iron pan while cooking salmon. This was great because i cook at high temps for the crispy skin, and this helped stop the avocado oil from splattering everywhere( which helped a lot with clean up!) and it fit the pan with ease. I guess my only negative is that its large, and didn't fit into the cabinet, so i had to hang it. Also a little awkward to fit into the dish rack after drying. I would def get again if something happened to this one. A good buy for sure

Can’t imagine frying messy food like bacon without a good spatter screen! This one fits the bill and greatly reduces grease specks on the stovetop. It’s sturdy quality and fits well on a 12” skillet.

Good quality, large size covers a variety of frying pans, prevents splatters that are painful if hitting your skin and prevents many t-shirts from being ruined from grease splatters. Helps keep the stove top & counters cleaner, less likely to start a fire if you have gas range, just good for a lot of reasons.

I used the large guard (which is probably all I will ever use) after washing and allowing it to air dry over several days. It fit my pan well but the guard ended up brown (I assume burned) in spots near the edges after the first use. Can't scrub the brown off. This has not seemed to weaken or distort the guard.
