Very easy to install. It offers great sun protection and privacy; it makes a big difference when you have a campsite that has full sun. Although we’ve only used it a few times, the quality seems very good and I expect it will last a long time.

Good quality heavy duty screen material. Easy to install and anchor. Provides additional shade, but isn’t really a privacy screen. The screen can also be supported on extendable legs (not included) via the grommets to extend your awning approximately 7’. Nice addition to a trailer awning.

Very happy with this product. It took maybe 5 minutes to install. Sun glare does come through but it is tolerable and a little bit cooler. Definitely going to buy another for the other awning.

Little long does not roll up completely best to remove from roller. People love the looks and provides lots of shade

So I was very skeptical at first when I ordered this, we went camping and installed it immediately, very easy to install, my awning is 18.3 long and this is 15.3 long no big deal, we made it work. Reason behind ordering the shorter one is price it was about n sale!!. Sitting behind it it was easy to look out but kinda private looking in, kept us shaded and we could still feel a breeze. It isn’t to heavy, waterproof? Don’t know. But definitely recommend this.

Great quality material and craftsmanship. All need supplies included and easy to follow instructions.Easy install with a second person to help slide into the channel.. took about 3 minutes from opening included carrying bag to installed. Rolled up nicely with the awning.Perfect fit on my 12’ awning for our 2025 Forest River 17JWBL.

First I will talk about the actual sun shade. It works fantastically. Our deck out front of our camper faces west, so it would get very hot in the evenings. It feels at least 10 degrees cooler. It is also much thicker and sturdier than I thought it would be. Well made! It took under 5 minutes to install, very easy. Just slide the cord through the a lot that is already on our awning, and when you roll the awning back in, the shade rolls up into it. I am loving this product! I should have gotten it years ago.Next, the customer service. It is outstanding! We got our shade as a Christmas gift. It sat in our garage until May when we got out camper out of storage. I got some bad information and ordered the wrong size shade. It was now 4 months passed the purchase date. It was totally my fault. I ordered wrong size and I didn’t check to see if it would fit. I emailed Tentproinc and assumed they would just say, “too bad, you should have ordered the right size.” And they could have. I got a response, on a Saturday, within 2 hours. It was from the owner, Michael. He explained that they could not take it back, but would give us a discount on a new one. I don’t know if he wants me to advertise how big this discount was, but it was substantial. Ordered the correct size online on Wednesday and it was at my door on Friday. He emailed me 5 separate times to make sure that I received discount, received product, and was pleased with product. I highly recommend this product and company.
