Exceptional customer support that exceeds expectations
Last September, we purchased a two-pack of digital frames, but we only got around to opening them last month. The frames are absolutely stunning! We managed to transfer about 4,500 combined images and clips from our PC using a 32gb micro SD card (that we bought separate), and it worked seamlessly. Unfortunately, one of the frames had a problem right from the start, so I reached out to customer support at [email protected]. I was impressed by how quickly they responded. They promptly sent us a replacement unit without requiring us to return the faulty one. Overall, we’re thrilled with the customer service experience and absolutely love these fantastic digital frames. They’re now proudly displayed in our living room, and we’re already considering getting another set for the bedrooms and office!

I love that I can give the app to the whole family and we can add pictures and videos anytime. My mom loves her frame and it was easy to use and set up.
