Works Great
I really like that the outside doorbell is piezo-electric and doesn't require a battery, just push until it clicks. The battery ones never lasted me, batteries or the units themselves. It has two ringers, both work, are loud and have a variety of sounds. I'm getting deaf and hear them clearly. The most distant one is 45 feet away, plugged into the back bathroom outlet in the master bedroom and plays when the doorbell is pushed. The two sided tapes that come with it to mount the ringer and "Push" sign are sticky and stout and should last, and there's screws for a second mounting option. The only negative is that these units have single 120V outlets on their faces and one of them is non-functional, nothing grips the plug prongs when you plug something in, it feels like there's nothing there inside. The other one works. However, it's a plus to have a "repeater" outlet on these, most don't have one at all. Comes with clear instructions in plain English, overall I'm very happy with this. If that changes, I'll change this review.

Great range, volume, and easy to setup.
I have had several battery powered wireless doorbells installed, on my driveway metal gate, that always had range issues and batteries that would fail in less than 14 months. You would never know when they failed until you missed a package that required a signature or a friend that calls you on their cellphone in front of the gate. Older wireless doorbells used a radio frequency that the metal gate obscured and required a healthier battery to work for a 25 foot distance in front of a window. Therefore, not very reliable with many battery changes, and also not too weather proof either when they failed within five years. One day when I was looking to replace the front gate doorbell, after I just replaced the driveway doorbell, I found an advertisement for a battery free wireless doorbell and I took a chance. It has worked flawless for over five years and that made me take a chance this time to try this different model for the driveway gate. I first tried to put the receiver where I always wanted it, around 50 feet behind a door inside the house that usually stays open and hides the wall AC outlet. The second receiver was placed upstairs near a corner where it hides behind furniture around 25 feet from the transmitter. So far it has been working perfectly since it was installed with no issues at all. It comes with screws but after trying the 3M double sided tape on my previous doorbell, I decided to make it an easy install and just use the tape. After five years, the previous tape was still sticking so strong, that the plastic would break off before the tape would if I didn’t use a blade to cut the double sided tape first. The plastic could also have become brittle over the years due to the punishing direct sunlight. The highest volume can be heard outside and loud enough for my needs. I used one of the two standard doorbell sounds because I personally didn’t care for the other musical sounds. The music tones sound great but you first think it’s coming from some cellphone or other electronic device. The plug-in receivers only have two buttons, one for changing the sounds and the other for the volume. The doorbell itself only has the push button to activate the receiver. It can’t get easier than that for a music playing doorbell system. The only thing left is to find out how long it lasts through years of direct sunlight, humidity and rain. I will update when this doorbell fails to operate normally, but it could take over five years of reliable service to find out.

Excellent Ring substitute, and much less annoying
After moving into a new house earlier this year I figured it might finally be time to join the modern era and get a smart doorbell. I somehow forgot how much modernity sucks... the Ring doorbell was annoying to set up and a little challenging to install (not that bad, just weird screws), but I had all kinds of issues with WiFi signals dropping and getting that re-started following initial setup was irritating. After about a week I gave up, returned the Ring and got this. This doorbell is outstanding -- it's cheap, dumb, and operates exactly how it should. The adhesive for the actual doorbell unit is excellent and it has never loosened even after getting rained on multiple times. The wireless signal never fails and always works when pressed, but the best part is... no power source for the external unit! The "substations" or whatever they're called use a plug (and have an extra plug built into them as well, which is cool), but the external unit is self-powering and uses the physical act of pressing to generate the power needed to ring the internal speakers. Very neat! Super easy to setup and put wherever you want. Great value for money!

Received the product a day early and it is as described and functions exactly as advertised. A simplistic yet effective choice that's cheaper than most comparable products. Would certainly recommend. ★★★★

EZ INSTALL, 2 minutes! Nice ring tones.
Easy Adjustable Sound - can make it very Loud. Too loud for my small apt but great for someone hard of hearing! No battery to install. I'd highly recommend this inexpensive nice looking bell!

Easy Solution
Our wired doorbell continues to have issues so ordered this one for a quick fix. Easy to set up and works well. Connection is strong enough for us to have one of the chimes in the basement.

Exactly as described! No batteries needed!
Excellent little doorbell! I have a one-bedroom apartment. I have one ringer plugged in by my sink in the kitchen area off the living room and one in my bedroom by the bathroom. I have the volume on the low side on both "doorbells". They work great, have a range that gets quite loud, and have many 'bell' options. On my duplex outlets, the bell unit makes both receptacles inaccessible but the bell unit has a 3-prong receptacle. Very pleased!
